Inspectors for tbe purpose of carrying out the pro­ visions of " The Destruction of Rabbits Act, Beringarra.—On or about tbe 15th March last, 1883 " :— from a flock on the Upper Murchison,—1 sheep, tbe property of James Aitken. Ab. natives Gabeyjerra Sergeant Gilchrist, Guildford, alias Davey, Thalangarry alius Jimmy, and Ginnabin- Lance-Sergeant Farley, Newcastle, bang, committed this offence.
