Dear Student, Laziodisu continues in its effort to improve its services and to streamline the procedures for the participation to the call, in order to guarantee the right to education to as many students as possible. Accepting the requests received during the meetings between the students and Commissioner Prof. Carmelo Ursino, Laziodisu canceled the penalty of €500 from the call for the 2015/2016 academic year, which was formerly applied to those students who gave up their accommodation after October 18, and has improved the conditions for unmarried students with children under three years old. In the 2015/2016 call we also introduced some major changes, both in the modality of transmission of the application and in the compilation of the form. As you probably already know, from this academic year the application can no longer be forwarded by registered mail: this will now take place through the PIN. Keep your PIN with care: it is essential for the transmission of the application and of all the required Documents. We have also simplified the form: if you are an Italian student, you will not be asked to enter the value of your ISEE or the equivalence scale of your family anymore. This way, we will reduce the margin of error on your part and we will undertake the necessary checks at INPS. Inside the page on the call, published on the website www.laziodisu.it, you'll also find the link to the guide prepared by INPS to help you compiling the ISEE. Consult it to learn about the changes introduced by the new legislation, but if in doubt you'll want to seek help from your trusted CAF office: please remember, the correct compilation of the ISEE and its signing by September 9, 2015, is an essential requirement of the call. Given the positive feedback about the aid instruments to the compilation of the call, we have confirmed the toll-free number 800723999: you can ask operators general information about deadlines and requirements. The service will be available from 9 AM to 7 PM. To help you correctly fill out the online form, we updated the "step by step" guide we proposed last year. We invite you to read it and use it as a support to prevent those errors that may occur during the compilation and that may deprive you of an opportunity such as a scholarship or the accommodation. If you can't find the answer you are looking for in the guide, or if your situation is not listed among those described in the call and then you need some personalized information, please contact the “Benefits” offices of your territorial ADISU of reference (their addresses are present in the call and in the guide). Finally, do not forget that the Public Relations Office of Laziodisu is at your disposal from Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 1:30 PM and from 2:30 PM to 4 PM and on Fridays from 9 AM to 1 PM at the number 06.4970241. If you prefer, you can also write an email to [email protected]: the office is committed to answer within three business days, but will still try to shorten the waiting times as much as possible. Remember that Regione Lazio, besides the benefits and services listed in this call, offers other opportunities to students, to make the right to knowledge concrete: for example, the "Torno Subito" and "Act" projects, financed through the funds of the European Union.
