Article 665014 Ff10fbc337109ee ﻓﺼﻠﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﻲ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﺣﺸﺮه ﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ ﺟﻠﺪ 10 ، ﺷﻤﺎره 2 ، ﺳﺎل 1397 ، ( 129 - 115) داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﻲ، واﺣﺪ اراك ﻓﺼﻠﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﻲ ﺗ ﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﺣﺸﺮه ﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ ﺷﺎﭘﺎ 4668- 2008 (ﻋﻠﻤﻲ - ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﻲ) http://jer.iau-arak.ac.ir ﺟﻠﺪ 10 ، ﺷﻤﺎره2 ، ﺳﺎل 1397 ، ( -137 127) ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻓﻮن ﺳﻮﺳﻚ ﻫﺎي ﻻك ﭘﺸﺘﻲ (Cassida spp. (Col.: Chrysomelidae و ﻣﻴﺰﺑﺎن ﻫﺎي ﮔﻴﺎﻫﻲ آن ﻫﺎ در ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮداري ﻧﻔﺖ و ﮔﺎز ﮔﭽﺴﺎران * ﺣﺴﻴﻦ ﻣﺮادﻳﺎن1 ، ﻫﺎدي اﺳﺘﻮان2 -1 ﻛﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ ارﺷﺪ ﺣﺸﺮه ﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ، واﺣﺪ ﻓﻀﺎي ﺳﺒﺰ و ﺑﻬﺴﺎزي ﻣﺤﻴﻂ، اداره ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﻲ و ﺑﻬﺴﺎزي اﻣﺎﻛﻦ و ﺗﺎﺳﻴ ﺴﺎت، ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮداري ﻧﻔﺖ و ﮔﺎز ﮔﭽﺴﺎران ، اﻳﺮان -2 اﺳﺘﺎد، ﮔ ﺮوه ﺣﺸﺮه ﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ، واﺣﺪ ﺷﻴﺮاز، داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﻲ، اﻳﺮان ﭼﻜﻴﺪه در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﺳﻮﺳﻚ ﻫﺎي ﺑﺮگ ﺧﻮار ﺟﻨﺲ (Cassida spp (Col.: Chrysomelidae در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﮔﭽﺴـﺎران از اﺳﻔﻨﺪ 1388 ﺗﺎ ﺷﻬﺮﻳﻮر 1391 و ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻣﺤﻞ ﻫﺎي ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﺑﺮداري ﺷـﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻨـﺎﻃﻘﻲ از دﺷـﺖ و ارﺗﻔﺎﻋـﺎت ﻛـﻮه ﻫـﺎ ي زاﮔﺮس ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ آﺛﺎر ﺧﺴﺎرت ﺣﺸﺮات ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻪ اﻳﻦ ﺟﻨﺲ روي ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﻣﻴﺰﺑﺎن دﻳﺪه ﻣﻲﺷﺪ. در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع ﺳﻪ ﮔﻮﻧـﻪ از اﻳـﻦ ﺟﻨﺲ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮح زﻳﺮ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ و ﺗﻮﺳﻂ دﻛﺘﺮ Borowice از ﻟﻬﺴﺘﺎن ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﺋﻴﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. 1-Cassida persica Spaeth, 1926 2-Cassida transcaucasica Borowiec & Swietojanska, 2001 3-Cassida palaestina Reiche, 1858 ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي Cassida persica و Cassida transcaucasica ﺑﺮاي اوﻟﻴﻦ ﺑﺎر در دﻧﻴﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ از روي ﮔﻴﺎﻫـﺎن Platycheat ..mucronifolia Boiss و .Centaurea behen L ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. واژه ﻫﺎي ﻛﻠﻴﺪي: ﺳﻮﺳﻚ ﻫﺎي ﺑﺮگ ﺧﻮار ﺟﻨﺲ ﻛﺎﺳﻴ ﺪا، Platycheat mucronifolia ، Centaurea behen ، Cassidinae ، Chrysomelidae ، ﮔﭽﺴﺎران * ﻧﻮﻳﺴﻨﺪه راﺑﻂ، ﭘﺴﺖ اﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﻜﻲ: [email protected] ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ درﻳﺎﻓﺖ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ:21/9/96 - ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ ﭘﺬﻳﺮش ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ: 5/10/ 97 ١٢٧ ﻣﺮادﻳﺎن و اﺳﺘﻮان : ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻓﻮن ﺳﻮﺳﻚ ﻫﺎي ﻻك ﭘﺸﺘﻲ (Cassida spp. (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae ... ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ ﺳﻮﺳــﻚﻫــﺎي Cassida Linnaeus, 1758 ﻣﺘﻌﻠــﻖ ﺑــﻪ ﺧــﺎﻧﻮاده Chrysomelidae و زﻳــﺮ ﺧــﺎﻧﻮاده Cassidinae و ﺑــﻪ ﺳﻮﺳﻚ ﻫﺎي ﺑﺮگ ﺧﻮار ﻻك ﭘﺸﺘﻲ1 ﻣﺸﻬﻮرﻧﺪ . ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده Chrysomelidae ﻳﻜﻲ از ﺑﺰرگ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺧﺎﻧﻮادهﻫﺎي ﺳـﺨﺖ ﺑـﺎل ﭘﻮﺷـﺎن ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 37000 ﺗﺎ 40000 ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﻮده و ﺧﻮد ﺑﻪ 19 زﻳـﺮ ﺧـﺎﻧﻮاده ﺗﻘﺴـﻴﻢ ﻣـﻲ ﺷـﻮد ( ,Kalaichelvan & Verma 2005 ). اﻓﺮاد اﻳﻦ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﻗﺮاﺑﺖ ﻧﺰدﻳﻜﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻮﺳﻚ ﻫﺎي ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده Cerambycidae داﺷﺘﻪ و ﻫـﺮ دو ﺧـﺎﻧﻮاده داراي ﺳـﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﭘﻨﺠﻪ ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻪ و ﮔﻴﺎه ﺧﻮار ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺑﺮﺧﻲ از ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي اﻳﻦ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده، آﻓﺎت ﻣﻬﻢ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن زراﻋﻲ ﺑﻮده و ﺑﺎ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑـﺮگ و ﺧﺴﺎرت ﺑﻪ رﻳﺸﻪ و ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺳﺒﺐ ﺧﺴﺎرت ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ﺷﺪ ه و ﺑﺎ اﻧﺘﻘﺎل وﻳﺮوسﻫﺎ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺧﺴﺎرت ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ﺑﻪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﻣـﻲ - ﮔﺮدﻧﺪ (Borrer et al ., 1989 ). زﻳﺮ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده Cassidinae در ﺣﺪود 2760 ﮔﻮﻧﻪ دارد ﻛـﻪ ﻣﺮاﺣـﻞ ﻻروي و ﺑـﺎﻟﻎ در ﺗﻤـﺎﻣﻲ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺮگ ﺧﻮار ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ و از ﺗﻤﺎم ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺮگ ﺗﻐﺬﻳﻪ ﻣﻲ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ ( Qi et al ., 2008). ﻻروﻫـﺎ و ﺣﺸـﺮات ﻛﺎﻣـ ﻞ زﻳـﺮ ﺧـﺎﻧﻮاده Cassidinae اﻛﺜﺮا از ﭘﻴﭽﻚ ﺻﺤﺮاﻳﻲ و ﺑﻌﻀﻲ از ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻪ ﺗﻐﺬﻳﻪ ﻣﻲ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ ( Borrer et al , 1989 ). ﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔـﻲ از ﺳﻮﺳﻚ ﻫﺎي ﻻك ﭘﺸﺘﻲ وﺟﻮد دارﻧ ﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺗﻔﻜﻴﻚ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ اﻏﻠﺐ ﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮع ﻏﺬاي آن ﻫﺎ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﻲﮔﻴـﺮ د ( Batenfield, 1982 ). از ﺟﻨﺲ ﻛﺎﺳﻴﺪا 414 ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻒ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ در آﻓﺮﻳﻘﺎ و آﺳﻴﺎ ﭘﺮاﻛﻨﺶ داﺷﺘﻪ و در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﭘﺎﻟﺌﺎرﺗﻴﻚ ﻛﻤﺘﺮ از 100 ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻒ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ( Sekerka, 2006 ). در ﺟﻨﺲ Cassida ﺑﺪن ﮔﺮد ﺗﺎ ﺑﻴﻀﻲ ﺷﻜﻞ، ﭘﻴﺶ ﮔﺮده2 ﻋﺮﻳﺾﺗـﺮ ﻧﺴـﺒﺖ ﺑـﻪ ﻃﻮل و از ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻜﻤﻲ ﺑﺪون ﺷﻴﺎر ﻣﺨﺼﻮص ﺷﺎﺧﻚ ﻫﺎ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺗﻤﺎم ﻳﺎ ﺑﺨﺶ اﻋﻈﻢ ﺳﺮ در اﻳﻦ ﺣﺸﺮات زﻳﺮ ﭘـﻴﺶ ﺳـﻴﻨﻪ 3 ﭘﻨﻬﺎن ﺷﺪه و ﭘﻴﺶ ﮔﺮده و ﺑﺎﻟﭙﻮش ﻫﺎ ﻋﺮﻳﺾ، ﺑﺪن ﺑﻴﻀﻲ ﺷﻜﻞ ﻳﺎ ﻣﺤﺪب، ﻗﻄﻌﺎت دﻫﺎن در ﻗﺴﻤﺖ ﻋﻘﺐ ﺳﻄﺢ ﭘـﺎﻳﻴﻨﻲ ﺳـﺮ واﻗﻊ ﺷﺪه و ﺑﺎﻟﭙﻮش ﻫﺎ ﺻﺎف ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺷﺎﺧ ﻚ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﺎ ﻛﻮﺗﺎه ﺗﺮ از ﺑﺪن و ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻻ 11 ﺑﻨﺪي و ﺑﻨﺪرت 10 ﺑﻨـﺪي و ﺑـﻪ ﻃـﺮف اﻧﺘﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻗﻄﺮ ﻣﻔﺼﻞ ﻫﺎ اﻓﺰوده ﻣﻲ ﮔﺮ دد و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻓﺮم ﻧﺨﻲ، ﺷﺎﻧﻪ اي و ﻳﺎ ﭼﻤﺎﻗﻲ ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷـﺪ ( Lawrence et al ., Borrer, 1989 ;1994 ). ﻣﺮﺣﻠــﻪ ﺷــﻔﻴﺮﮔﻲ در ﺧــﺎك و درون ﻣﺤﻔﻈــﻪ اي از ذرات ﺧــﺎك و ﺗﺮﺷــﺤﺎت ﭘــﻴﺶ ﺷــﻔﻴﺮه ﺳــﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﻣــﻲ ﺷــﻮد ( Singh & Sedeu, 1992 ). ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ( Philip ( 1993 ﺑﺮ روي ﮔﻮﻧﻪ Cassida rubiginosa ، ﺗﺨﻢﻫﺎ اﻏﻠﺐ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺸـﺖ ﺑﺮگ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺠﺎور ﺧﺎك ﻗﺮار داده ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد و ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ از ﻫﺮ ﻛﻴﺴﻪ ﺗﺨﻢ 3/5 ﻋﺪد ﻻرو ﺧﺎرج ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد. ( Baloch ( 1977 ﻃﻲ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﺧﻮد در ﭘﺎﻛﺴﺘﺎن ﮔﻮﻧﻪ Cassida indicola Duvivier , 1892 را ﺑﺮاي ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳـﻚ ﭘﻴﭽـﻚ ﻣـﻮﺛﺮ داﻧﺴـﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ( Moradian et al ., 2009 ) ﺳﻮﺳﻚ C. palaestina ﺑﺮاي اوﻟﻴﻦ ﺑﺎر از اﻳﺮان ﮔﺰارش ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺗﺎﻛﻨﻮن ﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫـﺎي Gemminger and Harold, ) Cassida salsolae Becker ،( Sekerka, L., 2006) Cassida persicana Borowic Spaeth, et al ., 1926 ; Winkler, 1932; Borowiec , et al ., 2010 ) Cassida murraea ssp. halophila Spaeth ،(1876)، (Cassida ،(Spaeth, 1914) Cassida helva ،(Weise, 1890 ) Cassida nitidula ،(Cassida conicicollis Weise, 1890 Cassida nebulosa ،( Asadi, 2008 ) Cassida rubiginosa Müller ،( Lopatin, 1984; Borowiec, 1999) iranella، Cassida viridis ، Cassida nobilis ، Cassida maculata ، Cassida affinis و Cassida indicula از اﻳﺮان ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﺷﺪهاﻧـﺪ. ﮔﻮﻧﻪ C. persica ﺑﻪ زﻳﺮ ﺟﻨﺲ Tylocentra Spaeth & Reitter, 1926 و ﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫـﺎي C. transcaucassica و C. palaestina ﺑﻪ زﻳﺮﺟﻨﺲ Cassida Lennaeus, 1758 ﺗﻌﻠﻖ دارﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻛﻠﻲ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺴﻴﺎر ﻛﻤﻲ در ﻣﻮرد ﺳﻮﺳﻚﻫﺎي ﺑﺮﮔﺨـﻮار ﺟـﻨﺲ 1. Tortoise beetles 2. Pronotum 3. Prothorax ١٢٨ ﻓﺼﻠﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﻲ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﺣﺸﺮه ﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ ﺟﻠﺪ 10 ، ﺷﻤﺎره 2 ، ﺳﺎل 1397 ، ( 137 - 127) ﻛﺎﺳﻴﺪا در اﻳﺮان ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻟﺬا اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﻓﻮن ﺳﻮﺳﻚﻫﺎي ﻛﺎﺳﻴﺪا و ﺗﺸـﺨﻴﺺ و ﺟﺪاﺳـﺎزي ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي آن ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﻣﻴﺰﺑﺎن ﻛﻪ ﺗﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺣﺎل اﻧﺠﺎم ﻧﺸﺪه ﺑﻮد ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﺗﺎ ﮔﺎﻣﻲ در ﺟﻬﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ اﻳﻦ ﺳﻮﺳﻚ ﻫﺎ در اﻳﺮان ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺗﺎﻛﻨﻮن در اﻳﺮان ﻛﻠﻴﺪي ﺑﺮاي ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي اﻳﻦ ﺟﻨﺲ اراﺋﻪ ﻧﺸﺪه اﺳﺖ. در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴـﻖ ﺗـﺎرﻳﺦ و ﻣﺤﻞ ﺟﻤﻊ آوري آن ﻫﺎ ذﻛﺮ و ﻣﻴﺰﺑﺎن ﻫﺎي آن ﻫﺎ ﻫﻢ ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﺷﺪ. ﻣﻮاد و روش ﻫﺎ ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺳﻮﺳﻚ ﻫﺎي ﺟﻨﺲ Cassida در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﮔﭽﺴﺎران، ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺳﻮﺳﻚ ﻫﺎي ﺟﻨﺲ ﻛﺎﺳﻴﺪا از روي ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﻣﻴﺰﺑﺎن در ارﺗﻔﺎﻋﺎت زاﮔﺮس و دﺷـﺖ در ﻣﻨﻄﻘـﻪ ﮔﭽﺴـﺎران ﺟﻤـﻊ آوري ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ داﻣﻨﻪ ﻣﻴﺰﺑﺎﻧﻲ ﻫﺮ ﻳﻚ از ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺳﻮﺳﻚ ﻫﺎي ﻛﺎﺳﻴﺪا، ﻣﻴﺰﺑﺎن ﮔﻴﺎﻫﻲ آن ﻫﺎ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺟﻤﻊ آوري و ﺷﻨﺎﺳـﺎﻳﻲ ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﻻروﻫﺎي ﺳﻨﻴﻦ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ و ﺣﺸﺮات ﺑﺎﻟﻎ ﺳﻮﺳﻚ ﻫﺎي ﻛﺎﺳﻴﺪا ﺑﻪ ﺷﻜﻞ ﺟﻤﻊآوري دﺳﺘﻲ از روي ﺑﺮگ، ﮔـﻞ، ﺑﻮﺗﻪ و ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫـﺎن Populus nigra L. ، Centaurea behen L. ، Platychaete mucronifolia Boiss. Boiss و Quercus .brantii Lindl (ﺑﻠﻮط اﻳﺮاﻧﻲ) اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ رﺷﺪي ﺳﻮﺳﻚﻫﺎي ﺟﻨﺲ ﻛﺎﺳﻴﺪا در ﻣﺤﻠـﻮل AG (اﻟﻜـﻞ 75% و %5 ﮔﻠﻴﺴﺮﻳﻦ) در داﺧﻞ ﻇﺮوف ﺷﻴﺸﻪ اي اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺳﭙﺲ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت ﻣﺤﻞ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﺑﺮداري (ﻣﺤـﻞ اول: ﻃـﻮل ﺟﻐﺮاﻓﻴـﺎﻳﻲ 30º، 19′، 20″ ﺷﻤﺎﻟﻲ و ﻋﺮض ﺟﻐﺮاﻓﻴﺎﻳﻲ 50º، 41′، 10″ ﺷﺮﻗﻲ، ﻣﺤﻞ دوم: ﻃـﻮل ﺟﻐﺮاﻓﻴـﺎﻳﻲ 30º، 27′، 23″ ﺷـﻤﺎﻟﻲ و ﻋﺮض ﺟﻐﺮاﻓﻴﺎﻳﻲ 50º، 53′، 42″ ﺷﺮﻗﻲ)، ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﻴﺎه ﻣﻴﺰﺑﺎن اﻳﻦ ﺳﻮﺳﻚ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ روي ﻇﺮوف ﺣﺎوي ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺛﺒﺖ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه ﺣﺸﺮه ﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ ﻋﻠﻮم و ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﻓﺎرس ﺑﺮده ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺗﺎ ﺣﺪ اﻣﻜﺎن، ﺑﺮاي ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ و ﺗﺎﺋﻴﺪ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ، ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺰد ﭘﺮﻓﺴﻮر Borowiec ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺺ اﻳﻦ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده در ﻛﺸـﻮر ﻟﻬﺴـﺘﺎن ارﺳـﺎل و ﺗﺎﺋﻴـﺪ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ.از ﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫ ﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﻮﺗﻮ اﺳﺘﺮﻳﻮ ﻣﻴﻜﺮوﺳﻜﻮپ ﻋﻜﺲ ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ و ﺑﺤﺚ در ﻣﺠﻤـﻮع ﮔﻮﻧـﻪ ﻫـﺎي Cassida transcaucasica Borowiec & Swietojanska, ، Cassida persica Spaeth, 1926 2001 و Cassida palaestina Reiche, 1858 ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺎن ﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫـﺎي C. persica و C. transcaucasica ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ از روي ﮔﻴﺎه .Platycheat mucronifolia Boiss. Boiss و .Centaurea behen L ﺟﻤﻊ آوري، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ و ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻴﺰﺑﺎن ﺟﺪﻳﺪ اﻳﻦ ﺳﻮﺳﻚ ﻫﺎ ﮔﺰارش ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد. در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﻠﻮط اﻳﺮاﻧﻲ ﻣﻴﺰﺑﺎن ﺗﺎﺑﺴﺘﺎن ﮔﺬران ﺳﻮﺳﻚﻫﺎي ﺑﺮﮔﺨـﻮار C. palaestina و C. transcaucasica از ارﺗﻔﺎﻋﺎت زاﮔﺮس ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺑﻠﻮط ﻗﺴﻤﺘﻲ از داﻣﻨﻪﻫﺎ و ارﺗﻔﺎﻋـﺎت ﺳﻠﺴﻠﻪ ﺟﺒﺎل زاﮔﺮس را ﻣﻲ ﭘﻮﺷﺎﻧﺪ و از آذرﺑﺎﻳﺠﺎن ﻏﺮﺑﻲ و ﺷﺮﻗﻲ، ﺗﺎ ﺟﻨﮕﻞﻫﺎي ﺑﺨﺘﻴﺎري و ﺟﻨـﻮب ﻏﺮﺑـﻲ ﻛﺸـﻮر، اﻣﺘـﺪاد ﻣﻲ ﻳﺎﺑﺪ و ﺑﻴﻦ دو ﻣﺪار 30- 38 درﺟﻪ ﻋﺮض ﺟﻐﺮاﻓﻴﺎﻳﻲ و 1250 – 3200 ﻣﺘﺮ ا ز ﺳﻄﺢ درﻳﺎ ﭘﺮاﻛﻨﺪه اﺳﺖ ( Sabeti, 1994 ). ). ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻲرﺳﺪ در ارﺗﻔﺎﻋـﺎت زاﮔـﺮس در ﺟـﺎﻳﻲ ﻛـﻪ ﮔﻴـﺎه C. behen وﺟـﻮد داﺷـﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ اﺣﺘﻤـﺎل وﺟـﻮد ﺳﻮﺳـﻚ ﻫـﺎي C. palaestina و C. transcaucasica زﻳﺎد ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. درﺧﺖ ﭘﺪه ﻧﻴﺰ ﻣﻴﺰﺑﺎن ﺗﺎﺑﺴﺘﺎن ﮔﺬران ﺳﻮﺳﻚ C. persica ﻣﻌﺮﻓـﻲ ﺷـﺪ. در ﺧﺖ ﭘﺪه ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ و ﻗﻠﻴـﺎﻳﻲ ﺑـﻮدن ﺧـﺎك ﺑﺮدﺑـﺎر اﺳـﺖ و از اﻳـﻦ رو در ﻣﻨـﺎﻃﻖ ﺧﺸـﻚ ﻧﻴـﺰ دﻳـﺪه ﻣـﻲ ﺷـﻮد .( Sabeti, 1994 ) ١٢٩ ﻣﺮادﻳﺎن و اﺳﺘﻮان : ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻓﻮن ﺳﻮﺳﻚ ﻫﺎي ﻻك ﭘﺸﺘﻲ (Cassida spp. (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae ... Cassida trascaucasica : ﭘﺮوﻧﻮﺗﺎل و ﺻﻔﺤﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﭙﻮش ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داري ﻣﺤﺪب و ﺑﺮآﻣﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﭘﻴﺶ ﮔﺮده ﻧﻴﻤﻪ ﻣﺪور، ﺑﺎ ﺣﺪاﻛﺜﺮ ﭘﻬﻨﺎ در ﭘﺎﻳﻪ، ﺻﻔﺤﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﭙﻮش ﻫﻤﻴﺸﻪ ﺳﻴﺎ ه، و ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻻ ﺻﺎف ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻃﻮل ﮔﻮﻧﻪ C. transcaucasica ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 2/7 ﺗﺎ 8/8 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ و ﻋﺮض آن 1/6 ﺗﺎ 4/95 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ، ﻃﻮل ﭘﻴﺶ ﮔﺮده ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 2/7 ﺗﺎ 3 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ و ﻋﺮض آن 3/5 ﺗﺎ 4/5 4/5 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ (ﺷﻜﻞ 13 ). در اﻳﻦ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﭘﻴﺶ ﮔﺮده4 ﺑﻪ ﺷﻜﻞ ﻧﻴﻢ داﻳﺮه و ﻋﺮﻳﺾ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻗﺴﻤﺖ، ﭘﺎﻳﻪ آ ن ﺑﻮده و ﺑﺎﻟﭙﻮش ﻫﺎ5 ﺑﻪ ﺷﻜﻞ ﻣﺤﺪب، ﺻﺎف، ﺑﺪون ﻣﻮ و ﻳﻜﺴﺮي ﻟﻜﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺳﻴﺎه رﻧﮓ ﺑﻪ اﻧﺪازه ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﺗﺎ ﺑﺰرگ ﺑﺮ روي آن واﻗﻊ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ (ﺷﻜﻞ 12 و 21 ). در اﻳﻦ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﭙﻮش ﺣﺎﺷﻴﻪ دار و ﺑﺎ ﻳﻚ دﻧﺪاﻧﻪ ﺑﺰرگ ﺑﺮ روي آن ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد. ﺷﺎﺧﻚ 11 ﺑﻨﺪي و ﻃﻮل ﺑﻨﺪﻫﺎي اﻧﺘﻬﺎﻳﻲ اﻧﺪﻛﻲ از ﻋﺮض آن ﻫﺎ ﺑﻠﻨﺪ ﺗﺮ اﺳﺖ. اﻳﻦ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي C. medvedevi ، C. undecimnotata، C. tianshanica ، C. strejceki و C. moori ﺷﺒﻴﻪ ﺑﻮده وﻟﻲ ﺑﺰرﮔﺘﺮ از ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي C. medvedevi و C. tianshanica ﺑﻮده در ﺻﻮرﺗﻲ ﻛﻪ از ﮔﻮﻧﻪ C. moori ﻛﻮﭼﻜﺘﺮ اﺳﺖ. اﻳﻦ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺑﺮ روي ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﮔﻴﺎﻫﻲ .Carduus ، Saussurea sp . Cousinia sp. ، sp و Scorzonera acanthoclada از ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده آﺳﺘﺮاﺳﻪ زﻧﺪﮔﻲ ﻣﻲ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ ( Matys Medvedev, L. N., 1982 ;Lopatin, I. K., 1977; E. G., 1975) . ﭘﺮاﻛﻨﺶ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ C. transcaucasica در آذرﺑﺎﻳﺠﺎن، ارﻣﻨﺴﺘﺎن و ﻛﻮه ﻫﺎي ﺷﻤﺎل ﻏﺮب اﻳﺮان ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ( Borowiec and Swietojanska, 2001 ).
