If you buy and download this book (as I did over the weekend), you just might not be able to put in down. Marshall Terrill tells an interesting and intriguing story about a great boxer and a humble yet complicated man who was overshadowed by and others of his time. His in depth investigation and writing style makes you feel as if you know Zora those who were in his life. Zora Folley died under mysterious and tragic circumstances at a young age. Marshall Terrill does more to explain his demise than anyone else thus far. I would had rated it higher because I believe its a good read, but something I have to ask is ...By william grovesI purchased this for download on 4/2 and I completed reading it this afternoon 4/3, I would had rated it higher because I believe its a good read, but something I have to ask is how does almost all of the 9 siblings he left behind not know of this book being published and if the did know they didn't approve of the book being published? I would had rated this higher if the family he left behind was 100% bought in, and also I am interested if there was a financial agreement made prior to publishing this book with the siblings, which I can possible say with 100% certaintly there wasn't. Zora Folley was a great man and probably the most famous to ever come out of Chandler, this book has statements and quotes that may not be 100% correct, so please if you do buy this book please take that into consideration.
