Tigers Talent Brett Kemp had a three point night Friday night against Moose Jaw setting up Cole Sillinger to score the game tying goal before scoring the game winning goal and adding an empty net goal. The 19-year-old , SK product is currently fourth in league scoring with 53 points (20G, 33A). He is a smart, two-way forward with a deadly shot release and a knack for scoring important goals. Kemp sees the ice well and he has the ability to create opportunities for himself and his teammates.

Captain’s Corner Captain James Hamblin is the heartbeat of the Medicine Hat Tigers. The second year Captain leads his team by example with his hard work ethic, his dedication and his ability to be relied on in every situation. Hamblin is tied in first in league scoring with 62 points (23G, 39A) and he is second in the league for assists with 39. The 20-year-old Edmonton product has played his whole WHL career with the Orange and Black suiting up for 302 games, scoring 102 goals and collecting 152 assists.
