 EFT He went on to coach the Tigers and the NSW State of Origin team with great distinction. In fact, he remains the only person in the history of  Theta Healing Origin football to both captain (in 1986) and coach (in 2000) a 3-0 series whitewash.

Upon retiring from professional sports coaching in the year 2000, Wayne decided to take his leadership, teamwork and motivation skills to the corporate world and he founded Wayne Pearce Advantage.

Wayne is a highly experienced trainer, facilitator and speaker with a wide range of public and private sector clients across many industry categories. His clients include John Holland, Westpac, Pacific National, Telstra, ANSTO, Caltex, News Limited, Harvey Norman, Bunnings and the NSW Police Force.

Wayne has a passion for learning and, in addition to educating other people, he continues to upskill himself in contemporary peak performance courses so he can add further value to his clients.

He lives in Sydney and is a married father of three adult children. Apart from pursuing active leisure activities like cycling and ski-paddling, he loves to attend matches to watch his son Mitchell play Rugby League for the in the competition.
