Circle Health Leadership By virtually every measure, 2016 was a great year for Circle Health. We continued to grow the 6-8 breadth and depth of our services with the opening of a new outpatient center, Circle Health Community Benefi t Billerica, while improving our capacity to care for our sickest patients with the construction 9 of an additional 11-bed Intensive Care Unit at the Lowell General Hospital main campus. Making an Impact/ We also strengthened and grew our alliances through our health system, Wellforce, our Community Partners innovative partnership with Tufts Medical Center that added a new member, Hallmark 10-11 Health.
