Alexandra Palace has frequent and easy transport links on bus, road and rail. For road travellers the venue is signposted from many points of arrival in the local area. There is a railway station () at the foot of the park, trains go from Moorgate (in the City) to Alexandra Palace leave every ten minutes. There are frequent bus services right to the door that connect with Tube stations across the area.

BUS

The frequent W3 bus service runs from just outside both underground station and Alexandra Palace station to the main Palace entrance, and also the Palm Court entrance. Night Buses which run throughout the night can be picked up from Wood Green. Bus numbers W3, 184 and 221 stop at Alexandra Palace, these can be boarded at Station, Turnpike Lane Station, Park Station, Wood Green Station, Station, Broadway Station, amongst other stops.

RAIL

Alexandra Palace has its own Station, fittingly called Alexandra Palace Station. It is located at the Wood Green entrance to the Park. Trains are every 15 minutes from King’s Cross, changing at for Alexandra Palace Station or direct from Moorgate every 10 minutes.

UNDERGROUND

Wood Green, on the Line, is the nearest Underground Station. It connects via King’s Cross to the Circle Line on which main British Rail Stations are located. Journey time from , for example, is 20 minutes. The last train from Wood Green is 01.00 am. The frequent W3 bus service runs from just outside Wood Green Station to the Palace entrance.

ROAD

Alexandra Palace is one mile from the North Circular (A406) and 5 miles from Junction 2 on the . Junction 25, the nearest access to the M25, is just 8 miles away. An easy route from the City is the A10 then west onto the A109. From the West End take the A400 to Archway via Camden Town, then the A1 and follow signs to the Palace.

CYCLE NETWORK

The London Cycle Network (LCN+) will provide 900km of safer, faster cycle routes through the Capital. It's due to be finished by 2010 and is one of ’s major investments.
