This appeal is filed to challenge the communication of National Stock Exchange Ltd. (“NSE” for short) dated 6/3/2017. In view of the grievance made by the appellants that the impugned order is passed without giving personal hearing, Counsel for NSE states that NSE has agreed to hear the 3 appellants and pass a fresh order after hearing the appellant. In fact a letter offering personal hearing is already issued to the appellants. 2. In these circumstances, we set aside the impugned communication dated 6/3/2017 qua the appellants and direct NSE to pass fresh order on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the appellants. 3.
