Terms for open accounts are Net 30 days. Balances on accounts of more than 30 days past due are subject to a service charge of 1-1/2% per month which is the annual percentage rate of 18%. Balances 30 days past due will be changed to C.O.D. until account is brought current. CHECKS: Any checks returned by your bank because of insufficient funds or account closed, will be assessed a $20.00 charge and account will be changed to cash only. UPS SHIPMENTS: On UPS orders of $250.00 or more to areas not covered by our company trucks in UPS zones 2 and 3, Albany Foam & Supply will cover half the cost of UPS freight. Not all items are eligible for this discount. For C.O.D. shipments add $14.50. DELIVERY: Most orders delivered by our company truck that total at least $150.00 will receive free delivery. Orders scheduled to be delivered by our truck under $150.00 will be subject to a $15.00 delivery fee or UPS charges, whichever is less. C.O.D. orders shipped via UPS will also be subject to an additional $14.50 fee. To avoid paying the UPS C.O.D. charge we recommend using a credit card for your transaction. RETURNED MERCHANDISE: Merchandise may not be returned without prior permission. When permission is given and the error in shipping was through no fault of ours, there will be a service charge of 15%. Sales on all tools are final. SHORTAGES AND DAMAGE: All claims or shortages must be made immediately on receipt of the merchandise.
