Resistensi terhadap setiap perubahan menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Namun demikian, justru disinilah Kami belajar untuk lebih berkembang dengan membenahi diri. Perjalanan di tahun 2014 masih menjadi bagian dari komitmen untuk sebuah perubahan, baik dari sistem organisasi, prosedur, kemampuan sumber daya manusia, teknologi, maupun inovasi.
