ENTRY DAY: Thursday, May 21st, 2020: 12:00am to 8:00pm At Oaks Park. Judging will take place at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 22nd.

SPECIFIC ENTRY RULES: 1. Due to space considerations, each exhibitor is allowed to make up to 30 entries. 2. Only 1 entry will be accepted in each lot. 3. Entries may not have been previously exhibited at the Multnomah County Fair. 4. NO COMMERCIAL OR PROFESSIONAL ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. 5. IF EXHIBIT HAS SMALL OR REMOVABLE PARTS, EXHIBIT MUST BE COVERED. 6. Only crafted original designs and workmanship will be accepted in this department – no “kit” material. 7. Entries must have been made by the person whose name is on the exhibit. 8. Juding will be based on the Danish system. Premiums will be awarded as merited. 9. All entries must be picked up Monday, May 25th at 7pm. If items haven’t been picked up at this time, it is the discretion of the Superintendent if the entry items will either be donated to charity or discarded. AWARDS: SWEEPSTAKES AWARDS: Two awards of $10.00 each (one adult, one youth) will be awarded to the highest point winners, based on the following scale: Blue ribbon = 5 points, Red Ribbon = 3 points, White Ribbon = 1 point. In case of tie, the exhibitor with the most blue ribbons will be declared the winner. OVER 70 YEARS AWARD: A rosette will be awarded to one 1st premium winner in CLASS 715 – 70 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED: A rosette will be awarded in CLASS 716 to one 1st premium winner.
