1. Organizers: BKKF and KWU Professional League 2. Goals and objectives. KWU International Summer Camp is held according to the calendar plan of the Bulgarian Karate Kyokushin Federation for 2021 with the purpose of: • strengthening the friendship between members of international organizations; • enhancing the level of mastery of participants (participants must be of 14 y.o. and older, prize- winners of international and national championships with the qualification of 6 kyu and higher); • enhancing the level of coaches; • conducting kyu and dan tests with the assignment of new style qualification ranks to athletes.

2. Date and venue KWU International Summer Camp will be held in July 04 – 11, 2021 г 04 July – arrival of teams 05 July – judging seminar 05,06,07,08,09,10 July – training days 06 July – KWU World Youth Cup for juniors (14-15 years old), juniors (16-17 years old) and cadets (18-21 years old) 08, 09, 10 July – KWU European Amateur Championship by rules of the KWU Professional League – SENSHI 10 July – exams for kyu/dan 11 July – departure of teams Venue of the KWU International Summer Camp: Kamchia, 34 km to the South of Varna.

The organizers reserve the right to change the schedule of the camp, taking into account the actual number of participants.

RULES for keeping the discipline and ensuring security during the KWU International Summer Camp from 04.07.2021 to 11.07.2021 Kamchia

In order to ensure the safety of life and health of camp participants, as well as to avoid causing any damage to the hotel, where athletes will be accommo- dated, all participants MUST observe the following rules of the KWU International Summer Camp in Kamchia from 04.07.2021 to 11.07.2021

In case of non-compliance with the rules, participants will be expelled from the camp.

All participants must: 1. Observe budo-etiquette of karate kyokushin. 2. Participate in absolutely all trainings and events organized during the camp. 3. Follow the orders of the camp leaders and senior instructors. 4. Be at the training site 10 minutes before the announced training start time. 5. Follow the instructions and requirements of their group’s instructors. 6. In case of poor health, immediately inform the immediate supervisor and doctors of the camp. 7. Follow the meals schedule. 8. During leisure time, follow the road rules, follow all the instructions of the leaders, come to the appointed places at the specified time. 9. Return the keys to the reception desk when departing.

Strictly forbidden: 1. Litter in the rooms and pollute the nature. 2. Cause material damage to the hotel and the gym. The person responsible for the damage will have to compensate for material damage. 3. Lean on windows, stair railings and balconies. 4. Transport and use sharp and other hazardous objects, as well as flammable substances. 5. Takeout food from the restaurant. 6. Transport and consume cigarettes, alcohol and drugs. 7. Leave the camp without the permission of the immediate supervisor. 8. Go down to the beach and swim in the sea without the permission of the immediate supervisor and without being accompanied by the responsible person from the respective club. 9. Swim in the sea in places not intended for camp participants. Swim before 8.00 and after 18.00, when there are no lifeguards on the beach. 10. Leave the camp after 22.00.

In order to avoid dangerous situations, we ask all camp participants to responsibly follow the rules of the camp.

In case of non-compliance with the rules, instructors are not responsible for camp participants.
