The 3rd quarter AR deadline is Wednesday, March 7th. We will be going roller skating on Monday, March 12th. Congratulations to those who have already reached their goals! Students who haven’t yet have plenty of more time!

What a fabulous time we have had during Catholic Schools Week! Mrs. McCloud came to visit and shared a wonderful short story: "The Affair at 7 rue de M" by John Steinbeck. The 5th grades and Mr. Power’s class enjoyed listening to how a boy's obsession with chewing gum, turned into the gum's obsession with chewing the boy!

As part of Community on Monday of Catholic Schools Week, we had the Director of the Broken Arrow Museum, Lori Lewis, share the story, “Marmie, A Mouse on Main Street.” The author, Lynn Palmer is from Broken Arrow, and her children attended All Saints for a brief time several years ago. This book was written to benefit the Broken Arrow Museum and is dedicated to Marmie Apsley. First and second graders enjoyed hearing the story and seeing how much Broken Arrow has changed over the years.

It was wonderful to have Fr. Sean come in and tell the story of his Faith journey. We were reminded of how we all have a story or journey and God is helping us find out what it is. Our Faith Community at All Saints is a great place for our story to begin!

Jump Rope for Heart February 8, 2018

All Saints, along with many schools in the Diocese, participates each year in the American Heart Association sponsored activity Jump Rope for Heart. All of our students spend 25 minutes participating in jumping activities. Students are encouraged to bring a $25 donation for the American Heart Association to help us meet our school goal of $10,000. Larger donations are accepted! Envelopes went home in late January - please bring your donation envelopes the day of the event or complete it online at www.heart.org/jump. Parents are welcome to come and jump with their children. Students are allowed to wear as much red shirt as possible this day if they have raised a minimum of $5.
