This email ruling orders the Consumer Protection and Enforcement Division (CPED) to file a Response providing: 1. All data requests and responses conducted throughout the course of discovery; and 2. A list of all solicitations for System Resource Adequacy (System RA) occurring in 2020 that it is aware of, conducted by any Load-Serving Entity (LSE). This information should include the date of the solicitation and the amount of System RA procured by the LSE.

CPED shall file the above Response by May 25, 2021.

This e-mail ruling additionally adopts the following procedural schedule, as proposed by parties in the April 12th Joint Response:
