The County Council (London Road, Bowers Gifford, Borough of ) (Parking and Waiting) (Amendment No. 62) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: 1. To revoke the ‘No waiting At Any Time’ restrictions on the following lengths of road in the as specified: Road Description London Road, NORTH SIDE: From a point approximately 12.9 metres west of Bowers Gifford the common boundary of Markhams Works and the property known as Reddingtons westwards for a distance of approximately 10.1 metres. SOUTH SIDE: From a point approximately 17 metres east of the common boundary of Markhams Works and the property known as Reddingtons eastwards for a distance of approximately 12.1 metres. 2. To introduce a bus stop clearway restriction, operational 6.00am-8.30pm daily on the following length of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified: Road Description London Road, NORTH SIDE: From a point approximately 2.0 metres west of Bowers Gifford the common boundary of Markhams Works and the property known as Reddingtons westwards for an approximate distance of 21.0 metres. 3. To introduce a bus stop clearway restriction, operational 5.30am-8.30pm daily on the following length of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified: Road Description London Road, SOUTH SIDE: From a point approximately 6.1 metres east of Bowers Gifford the common boundary of Markhams Works and the property known as Reddingtons eastwards for a distance of 23.0 metres. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Basildon District) (Parking and Waiting) Consolidation Order 2008 by substituting tile number TQ750 882 revision 1 to be replaced with revision 2.
