The award is the highest award that Samoset Council can bestow on a volunteer for rendering outstanding service to Scout Youth. The final Journey to Excellence rankings are out and Samoset Council ranked #3 out of 273 councils in the country. This marks the fourth time in the past five years the council has ranked in the top 5! What an incredible reflection on the work of the volunteers and staff.
