Girl just barges into his life and the boy accepts everything without any reasoning or serious resistance. Both started out and remained one dimensional in their acting. I don't feel like the MCs are 'alive', Witchcraft Works Volume 8: Volume 8 any emotion they just state their texts like a bad actor would. For example in flashbacks we see the boy caring greatly for his high school brocon sister often bathing and sleeping together, not going with classmates just to pick her up from school and many other things. When the normal story starts he just pretty much ignores her, showing not the slightest concern. Side characters are what keeping this entertainable as they show way more Witchcraft Works Volume 8: Volume 8. Not like they are not one dimensional as well, but at least they care about what's happening around them. The humour tries too hard sometimes, like a high school girl doesn't know how babies are made, but generally it is ok. Nothing surprising but, solid. The flashbacks are way more interesting than the normal story. The first villain already succeeded in dooming the main character very early in the story, making all the following villains meaningless. Doesn't help that we have yet to see a really serious enemy too. Lighthearted and half-assed sums them all up. Was this comment useful? Rating: 7. That person had worked with kodansha once. The series progressively gets worse. Rating: 6. It was refreshing and promisingly funny for the first volume. It's a story about a weak guy being protected by a perfect prince-like girl. Yes, "prince-like" as if the male-female gender roles are swapped. The females are the alphas with the beta males. Quite the interesting premise. However, right now as the series progresses, I have to agree with the other reviewers about the male lead. While I don't mind him being continuously weak and useless, I would at least hope he doesn't do unnecessary things to make his situations worst. It's fine to be dependant on someone stronger because you're weak but please stop being a person with decreasing IQ every chapter All he is, is lip service with a penchant for being autistic. Wait, he is autistic. Last updated on August 9th,pm. Better on the 2nd read-through. Rating: 9. First read was really confusing but may be that's because I was reading through really fast. After reading it again it was pretty entertaining and the art is kinda unique. A refreshing read to Witchcraft Works Volume 8: Volume 8 honest. Lots of negative comments here but I do not mind Witchcraft Works Volume 8: Volume 8 of those. The plot, if any, will unfold eventually. Does not Work. Rating: 1. The premise of Witch Craft Works potentially provides the basis for an interesting story. Unfortunately, the tale swiftly slides into worn tropes, creating a paint by numbers manga for pathetic otaku who can self-insert themselves as the vapid and purposeless male lead, Honoka Takamiya, and dream of their Witchcraft Works Volume 8: Volume 8 and equally flat, but doting, Mary Sue female lead Ayaka Kagari. Still Witch Craft Works has more to offer in little sister, Kasumi, who dreams of incestuous relationship with her big brother Honoka. However the creator never bothers to develop the steadily growing but sexless harem building around Honoka. On the bright side Witch Craft Works does accomplish its purpose of selling body pillows, mouse pads with silicone breasts, and expanding your selection of waifus. Every negative score. I compiled the reason that this manga gets negative scores in one comment. I like the main fighter isn't a guy, and i also love that we didn't have to watch the stupid "lets take a 4 chapter training break so you can Witchcraft Works Volume 8: Volume 8 up and kick the new badass of the weeks ass" the main guy isn't a douche and the main girl isnt a bitch
