He is probably the best breed British White in the UK, with multiple winning animals in his pedigree. His sire is Latchygors Teabone (bull of the year in 2012 and 2014) a grandson of De Beauvoir Huckleberry Finn (bull of the year 2003). His dam a home breed cow Smarden Tabasco (picture attached - cow of the year 2013 and heifer of the year 2012). Tabasco’s sire is Tollesbury Nelson (bull of the year 2005) and dam Smarden Truffle. Smarden Truffle sire Albany Plato (bull of year 2000 and 2002) and her dam Smarden Tussilago Fara. Fara was cow of the year in 2009 and 2011, with Fara’s full sister Smarden Trinity being joint cow of the year in 2007. Fara at 13 is still in the herd and had twin heifer calves in summer 2015.
