SP 89/DKNS/OJK/11/2015 PRESS RELEASE OJK, BANKING INDUSTRY AND NON-BANK FINANCIAL INDUSTRY EXPAND JARING PROGRAM Credit Growth in Maritime and Fisheries Sector Reaches 22.94 % Sendangbiru, Malang, November 13, 2015: Financial Services Authority (OJK) together with Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Ministry, Banking Industry and Non-Bank Financial Industry continued to expand the Reach, Synergy and Guideline (JARING) program in effort to increase financing for maritime and fisheries sector by holding a continuation event of JARING program at Sendangbiru Beach, Malang, East Java on Friday (Nov. 13, 2015). JARING program was officially launched on May 11, 2015 and inaugurated by Vice President Jusuf Kalla at Bodia Beach, Takalar, South Sulawesi. The program aimed at supporting government’s Nawacita (nine goals) program, with main target to increase credit and financing in maritime and fisheries sector, as well as to boost expand of access to financial services for society in maritime and fisheries sector. This JARING program event was themed Acceleration in Financing for Maritime and Fisheries Sector Through Expand of Access to Financial Services Institution and attended by Chairman of OJK Board of Commissioners Muliaman D. Hadad, Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Minister Susi Pudjiastuti, Vice Governor of East Java Saifullah Yusuf, directors of partner banks of JARING program, directors of loan collateral provider Jamkrindo, and directors of regional loan collateral provider PT Jamkrida Jawa Timur and officials from state-owned electricity company PLN. Chairman of OJK Board of Commissioners Muliaman D. Fundamental Analysis of Bank Rakyat Indonesia by Using Residual Earnings-Pbr
FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS OF BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA BY USING RESIDUAL EARNINGS-PBR Posmarito Pakpahan ABSTRACT This paper investigates the fundamental value of the largest micro lender in Indonesia i.e. Bank Rakyat Indonesia. After financial crisis in 2008, due to improving macroeconomic condition and the increasing of banking income, some banks in the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI), such as BBCA, BMRI and BBRI were considered outperformed. Now, Banks become one of the most darling firms in market. Lately, Indonesian economy encountered some negative sentiments which downtrend in JCI including the banks. In beginning of 2014, Bank Rakyat Indonesia closed at IDR 7,250. By applying the residual earnings model-PBR, the writer considered that the current price of Bank Rakyat Indonesia was underperformed. The writer concluded that the target price of BBRI is IDR 11,155. This price implies that PER 13x and PBV 4.5x. Bank Rakyat Indonesia is valued at IDR 11,155 per share is rational and valid as from 2010, BRI have been moving at PER 11.6x and PBV 3.3x and it is in line compare to its industry PER & PBV. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja keuangan Lima Bank dengan Aset terbesar yaitu Bank Mandiri, BRI, BCA, BNI dan CIMB Niaga. Untuk mengukur kinerja digunakan rasio CAR, NPL, ROA, ROE, NIM, LDR dan BOPO. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisa kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian test homogenity of variances dan one way anova. Hasil penelitian dengan pengujian test homogenity of variances menunjukkan bahwa CAR, ROE, NIM, LDR memiliki persamaan yang signifikan antara BRI, Bank Mandiri, BCA, BNI dan CIMB Niaga. Sedangkan dalam pengujian one way anova menunjukkan bahwa CAR memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan antara BRI, Bank Mandiri, BCA, BNI dan CIMB Niaga. The Bank is a financial institution that becomes a venue for companies, agencies - government and private entities, and individuals to save funds - funds. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (BBRI) and PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. (BMRI) are the two giant banking companies that excel and consistently dominate the banking industry in Indonesia, but in order to assess whether or not a bank is not only seen from the value of its assets, one of the tools that can be used to assess banks are financial ratios. The purpose of this study was to analyze the comparative financial performance. Bank Mandiri Tbk. with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. using financial ratios period 2011-2015. This study uses secondary data, in the form of annual financial statements of banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011 - 2015. Of the total financial performance analyzed include four ratios measured, namely EPS, PER, PBV and DER seen that the financial performance. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. dominates overall than PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. Tests were performed using one-way ANOVA test can be partially seen that there are differences in the average financial performance of the two companies is based on PER. But simultaneously, the statistics on the test results of this study show the difference in financial performance between the two companies. -

OTHER LIABILITIES (continued) Payable to costumers mostly consist of debts arising from securities transactions of PT Mandiri Sekuritas (Subsidiary). Liabilities associated with ATM and credit card transactions consists of liabilities on ATM transactions within ATM Bersama, ATM links and ATM Prima and liabilities to Visa and Master Card for credit card transactions. Liabilities related to unit link represents unit-linked liabilities to third parties and unit-linked policyholders’ fund liabilities of a subsidiary (AXA Mandiri Financial Services).
