The clinic offers a full range of health services and procedures, including a comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation program. Opportunities for outreach clinic development, family practice residence teaching, IU Medical School at Notre Dame teaching, clinical research participation, TEE service, structural heart program assistance with Watchman, TAVR, and MitraClip are all available. Work in CHF, Cardiac CTA, Cardiac MRI or preventive cardiology is welcomed.

• Join our team of Interventional cardiologists, Clinical Electrophysiologists, non-invasive Cardiologist and Nurse Practitioners • Focus in 3D Echo, structural heart imaging, FFR-CT & CMR is a plus! • Inpatient / Outpatient services include: o o Angioplasty and stenting o Transesophageal, intravascular and intracardiac o study o ablation for supraventricular tachycardia o for ventricular tachyacardia o Catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation o Implantation of pacemakers and defibrillators o Laser lead extraction o Tilt testing o Coronary CT imaging and interpretation o Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging o Peripheral vascular angiography and intervention o ASD/PFO Closure o Catheter Ablation with little or no radiation o Watchman Procedure for Stroke Prevention in Atrial Fibrillation o Hybrid Surgical and Catheter Ablation for Atrial Fibrillation o MitraClip – in development o Cardiac Resynchronization therapy for Heart Failure o Pulmonary Hypertension Assessment o Percutaneous Closure of the Left Atrial Appendage o Hybrid procedure for peripheral vascular surgery and intervention o Heart Failure and Pulmonary Hypertension program in the Beacon Heart Vascular Stroke Collaborative Services Program o Hospital Hybrid procedure rooms o TAVR o OCT o Invasive FFR and IFR o Loop Records o Cardiac CTA w/FFR • Office Diagnostic testing includes: o Holter and Event monitoring o Echocardiography o Stress testing o Cardiac Nuclear Testing o Pacemaker and ICD management o Carotid Doppler o Peripheral vascular ultrasound o ABI testing • Dedicated hospital graphic reading time • 1:5 weekend call and 3 – 4 weeknights per month w/APC 1st call • Stroke Prevention Program • Office attached to hospital • Strong internal and external patient base • The “Heart, Vascular and Stroke Program” is an integrated physician/hospital program to work together to build this service line, obtain special care contracts, and share savings generated by mutual decision making to improve efficiency. • Academic opportunity to teach residents and medical students (if desired), with faculty appointment at Indiana University Medical School at South Bend campus • Research: Multiple projects are regularly under way with opportunity to participate as both a Principal Investigator and Sub Investigator
