APPROVED-FOR-SALE PRODUCTS DIRECTORY

August 12, 2020

Act 1073 of 2003 requires the Office of the Arkansas Attorney General to publish a directory of and roll-your-own tobacco products that are approved to be stamped, sold, offered for sale, possessed for sale, or imported for personal consumption within the State of Arkansas. Any brand family not listed in this directory is considered contraband subject to seizure and forfeiture.

Please be aware that this directory lists tobacco products by brand families. If a brand family is, therefore, listed in this directory, then it is permissible for all styles of that brand family to be sold. For example, if the directory lists the brand family, “Tobacco Product,” then “Tobacco Product Light,” “Tobacco Product 100,” “Tobacco Product Menthol,” and other variations, would also be permitted to be sold.

The Office of the Attorney General may periodically update this directory by either adding or removing brand families or tobacco product manufacturers. Please contact the Office of the Attorney General at (501) 682-2007 with any questions that you may have regarding this directory.
