1 ★ : Horrible! The app keeps freezing up. It disconnecting my phone from my cellular services. Then I have to restart my phone, wait for it to boot up. Then I can finally show who I'm picking up for, it dropping off. Everytime it tries to take control of the stupid gps it screws up. I'm almost considering not dashing anymore. I've ended my run early several times. Being told take screenshots or record errors in real-time while driving. Do they care about human life at all? 1 ★ : This app was excellent the 1st week. But the technical support for the dasher is nonexistent. The app glitches, and they give really low tips for 21 minute drives going and coming. I really wish they had a better way in assigning the dashes based on location. There should be a premium charge for longer distances. . update door dash has gotten worse base pay is 2.50 . I just did two dashes 50 minutes each, for 8 dollars. It then forced me to come back into my zone before giving me another drop. When I got the drop, both the restaurant and the address were outside my zone. If you're going to force me outside the zone, then don't force me back into the zone to give me another delivery. I signed out instead of completing the next 2 hours of of this nonsense 1 ★ : I'm being told I'm out of service area when once I've completed the order, it tells me I must drive back to my service area in order to dash. Please, don't tell me to go to my schedule to add starting points. I've done that as well, & STILL cannot dash outside service area. You guys allow me to drop off orders outside my area but not pickup? Make it make sense? I expect to be reimbursed for time, & gas wasted when I was told I should be able to dash in other areas!
