Julianne Thompson Bio

Julianne Thompson is the co-founder of the Free America Project. She is a proven professional in the field of messaging, media, and grassroots mobilization. She is the Co- founder of the Tea Party and Co-Founder of the Capitol Coalition of Conservative Leaders, Georgia’s largest political coalition collectively representing more than one million Georgians and boasts a 95% legislative success rate.

Julianne served as a legislative aide to the US House of Representatives Judiciary Committee. She is former Press Secretary of the Georgia Republican Party. Julianne works with candidates, issues-based organizations and corporations with targeted messaging and has built a strong network of activists that spans the United States.

Julianne has been appointed by Governor Nathan Deal to the Georgia Healthcare Advisory Committee, and by former Governor Sonny Perdue to the Children’s Trust Fund Commission. She is a member of Who’s Who Among Outstanding Young Women in America, and received the 2012 Democracy Award from Common Cause of Georgia for her bi-partisan work on ethics reform.

A two time elected national delegate to the Republican National Convention, Julianne was honored in 2012 to be appointed one of Georgia’s 16 Presidential Electors.
