Octagon will replace one of the ten commercial buildings set out in the Paradise masterplan.

The addition of residential will help to complete the mix at Paradise and add life to the development. This Build to Rent (BtR) building will be built specifically for renters with all homes owned and managed by one landlord.

The building adheres to the main masterplan principles of connecting the city and restoring and enhancing the civic setting at the heart of the Birmingham.
