Pordes Residential Names Las Vegas Sales Team For

Pordes Residential Sales & Marketing has named the members of the on-site sales team for Veer Towers. The team, led by Vice President of Sales Jim Navarro, includes sales executives Michelle Cadiz, Darwin Dizon, Nicole Postman, Ben Packer and Karissa Putvin.

Jim Navarro, Vice President of Sales at Veer Towers for Pordes Residential Sales & Marketing, has 25 years of sales and marketing management experience in luxury, high-rise real estate.

Navarro represented LVT Owner LLC during the purchase of the 427 units at Veer Towers from CityCenter. In his role as Vice President, he oversees the day-to-day sales operations at Veer Towers with a professional staff of real estate agents. His primary goal is to maximize the residential property’s iconic position in Las Vegas and to meet what he feels will be a robust market.

Navarro moved from Miami in 1999 and has been actively involved in luxury hi-rise sales in Las Vegas since then. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance and a Masters of Business degree in marketing. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Michelle Cadiz has been appointed a sales executive at Veer Towers for Pordes Residential Sales & Marketing. She has more than seven years of real estate sales and leasing experience and over four years of experience as a certified property manager.

Cadiz specializes in luxury high-rise residential communities in Southern , having been a sales executive at and property manager at Loft 5. She is a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Cadiz holds a bachelor’s degree in business management.

Darwin Dizon has been appointed a leasing and sales executive at Veer Towers for Pordes Residential Sales & Marketing. He has more than seven years of experience selling luxury high-rise real estate in Las Vegas. Dizon previously worked at CityCenter Residential as a sales representative, where he specialized in leasing units in Veer Towers. He graduated from Long Beach College.

Nicole Postman has been appointed a sales executive at Veer Towers for Pordes Residential Sales and Marketing. She has 15 years of experience in luxury real estate that includes project development.

She was director of development sales for Sotheby’s International Realty, director of sales for St. Regis Bermuda & Par-La-Ville Hotel & Residences, and manager of business development for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Chicago.

Postman is licensed to sell real estate in four states and has a strong international background. Born in Washington, she started her real estate career in South Florida.

Ben Packer has been appointed a sales executive at Veer Towers for Pordes Residential Sales & Marketing.

Packer was born and raised in Utah. He moved to Las Vegas in part to pursue his love for golf and the outdoors, and has become a successful Realtor.

Karissa Putvin has been appointed a sales executive at Veer Towers for Pordes Residential Sales and Marketing.

She has spent the last five years working as an exclusive onsite agent at luxury high-rise towers in Las Vegas. She previously was a sales agent at Turnberry Towers, Panorama North and .

Putvin was born in California. She speaks English and Spanish, and is fluent in sign language.
