In his role as Vice President, he oversees the day-to-day sales operations at Veer Towers with a professional staff of real estate agents. His primary goal is to maximize the residential property’s iconic position in Las Vegas and to meet what he feels will be a robust market. “Veer Towers is the comeback story of Las Vegas,” Navarro said. “The residential community has new life in a market that has been constricted by the lack of construction over the past three years. With no residential high-rise communities being built in the foreseeable future, Veer is in a perfect position to meet market demand.” Navarro moved from Miami in 1999 and has been actively involved in luxury hi-rise sales in Las Vegas since then. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance and a Masters of Business degree in marketing. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. She has more than seven years of real estate sales and leasing experience and over four years of experience as a certified property manager. Cadiz specializes in luxury high-rise residential communities in Southern Nevada, having been a sales executive at Turnberry Towers and property manager at Loft 5. She is a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Cadiz holds a bachelor’s degree in business management. Darwin Dizon has been appointed a leasing and sales executive at Veer Towers for Pordes Residential Sales & Marketing. Nicole Postman has been appointed a sales executive at Veer Towers for Pordes Residential Sales and Marketing. She has 15 years of experience in luxury real estate that includes project development. She was director of development sales for Sotheby’s International Realty, director of sales for St. Regis Bermuda & Par-La-Ville Hotel & Residences, and manager of business development for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Chicago. Postman is licensed to sell real estate in four states and has a strong international background. Born in Washington, she started her real estate career in South Florida. Ben Packer has been appointed a sales executive at Veer Towers for Pordes Residential Sales & Marketing. Packer was born and raised in Utah. He moved to Las Vegas in part to pursue his love for golf and the outdoors, and has become a successful Realtor. Karissa Putvin has been appointed a sales executive at Veer Towers for Pordes Residential Sales and Marketing. She has spent the last five years working as an exclusive onsite agent at luxury high-rise towers in Las Vegas. She previously was a sales agent at Turnberry Towers, Panorama North and Panorama Towers. Putvin was born in California. She speaks English and Spanish, and is fluent in sign language. This successful and experienced group of real estate agents has already begun selling the one-of-a- kind units at Veer Towers, whose twin leaning towers sit at the heart of CityCenter. Residents are just a few feet away from The Shops at Crystals, and within walking distance to ARIA Resort & Casino, Vdara Hotel & Spa, and Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas. “Veer Towers offers a lifestyle that cannot be matched on the Strip,” Jim Navarro said. “The high quality of entertainment, shopping, gaming, dining and culture at CityCenter has made the condominium community a destination.” .

COMPONENT ASSEMBLY SYSTEMS 45 YEARS OF CONSTRUCTION EXCELLENCE A SPECIALA SPECIAL ADVERTISING ADVERTISING SUPPLEMENT SUPPLEMENT TO NEWTO NEW YORK YORK CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION A TRADITION OF LEADERSHIP CAS has grown during the past 45 years from three employees to our present workforce of over 1200. The focus of our people has always been on teamwork. There is an “esprit de corps” that developed early on, and has never wavered. Many of our employees have been with us for over 30 years and have watched fathers retire and their sons become part of our integral family. The following letter written to me last year from one of our retired superintendents from our Boston office sums up how he felt about the company and how proud he is now to have his sons working for us as carpenter foremen: “I am writing this letter to you now as I should have three years ago when I retired. The purpose is to thank you for a great 25 years that I have worked for CAS. Lew, you always put a lot of effort in what went on around you, and the way you treated the people that worked for you. I think a lot of that rubbed off on your workforce. I have worked for other companies in the past but, above all, CAS is it.” We at CAS stand behind our reputation that has been built over the past 45 years, and we wish to thank all of the companies with whom we have worked and whom have steadfastly supported us. The leadership and vision of Arthur Doerner, President of CAS, H.

Jim Murren, Chairman and CEO, MGM MIRAGE This is the future of Las Vegas—CityCenter is in an entirely different category. Bobby Baldwin, President and CEO, CityCenter CityCenter is the best example anywhere of a REINVENTING collaborative design process. Art Gensler, Founder and Chairman, Gensler LAS VEGAS Once a generation, Las Vegas reinvents itself. In the Rat Pack era, it embraced midcentury modernism. Then, The Mirage and Bellagio remade The Strip as an entertainment resort 12/16/09 destination. Early in this new century, MGM MIRAGE CityCenter Grand Opening envisioned a “city within a city”—a new symbol of Las Vegas that, in the words of CityCenter’s Bobby Baldwin, combines “the vitality of Las Vegas with the experiences tourists seek in great cities around the world.” In 2005, master plan in hand, MGM MIRAGE asked Gensler to join it and make CityCenter a reality. January 14, 2007 Copyright © Las Vegas Review-Journal Run of the millions Hubble Smith LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL By HUBBLE SMITH REVIEW-JOURNAL It's a buyer's market in Las Vegas — unless you're looking at luxury homes. While the median price of an existing home has flattened for the past year and may even be poised for a decline, the high-end market is soaring . James Beasley of Sotheby's International Realty just picked up a $12 million listing for a penthouse unit at Turnberry Place, the four-tower luxury condominium complex on Paradise Road. It's priced at about $2,000 a square foot, or twice the starting prices at Trump International Tower. "I don't think people grasp that for these premier high-rise units, people are willing to pay Manhattan prices," Beasley said. The luxury home market has had strong and consistent results, with prices climbing and sales steady, Beasley said in his third-quarter market report. There were 70 transactions at $1.5 million or more totaling $160 million in sales volume, up from $151.9 million the previous quarter. His brokerage recorded the highest sale of the year in September at $8.5 million. "In this last year, we have seen the market shift into a healthier and more stable market, a market that is yielding more consistent home values adjusting from the boom in prices during 2004," Beasley said. "Since the growth fundamentals have not shifted and population growth continues in Las Vegas, our company is bullish on the future outlook of our market." He sees Mountain's Edge in southwest Las Vegas Valley and Lake Las Vegas in east Henderson as key growth areas.
