Notice of Nomination, Special Election:

Representatives to the 2018 Negotiating Team

Nominations Close: 5pm Tuesday, February 13th

Representatives to the Negotiating Team: ONE representative from each of the FIVE regions of the University will join with the elected HUCTW Officers and organizing staff to participate in the negotiation of a new agreement, which will be effective October 1, 2018. For more detailed information about the five regions, please see the comprehensive list below.

Nominations: As prescribed by the HUCTW By-Laws, (Article VI, Section 1): “To be eligible for elected office a member must be in good standing for at least 6 months immediately preceding the election.” Nominations must be received by Tuesday, February 13, 2018 not later than 5:00 pm. Please indicate the candidate’s name, department, and e-mail address. Nominations must be delivered to HUCTW, 15 Mount Auburn Street, Cambridge, MA 02138, Attn: Elections Committee, or e- mailed to [email protected]. Please note that mailed, hand-delivered, faxed, or e-mailed nominations can be accepted, but not voice-mail.

Nominations must be received by Tuesday, February 13th, no later than 5:00 pm.
