The nearest is 60 m far. (***) the organizers provide a shuttle bus from Sossano Arena to EC Montecchio Maggiore. Departure from Sossano Sportsground (impianti sportivi) at h17.00. (allow 50min driving) Departure from EC Hotel Castelli to Sossano Banquet at h 19.00. (allow 50min driving) Departure h23.00 or h01.00 from Sossano to EC Hotel Castelli. This shuttle bus service has an extra cost of 10,00€ return per person. To be booked within 24th August 2011 at the Event Office. Meals The organization will provide lunch and dinner at the event center only for the teams that reserved it beforehand. It will not be possible to have lunch or dinner at the EC Hotel Castelli if not reserved beforehand to the organizers through the entry form. Logistics Event office Event office is located on the ground floor of the Event centre. Event office will be open as specified in the programme during the competition time. Maps, start lists, start bibs, results, information and other things will be available at the office. You can contact the supervisor of the Event office by phone on number +39 3466467774 (Giulia) Accreditation Upon accreditation all teams are required to pay the final balance of the entry fees and the accommodation fees ordered through the WOC organizers (in case they were not already paid). The team leaders (on behalf of the whole team) will then receive the Official Programme (Bulletin4), accommodation vouchers, meal tickets, Model event maps.
