ENDORSEMENT OF CANDIDATE(S) BY 324A REGISTERED POLITICAL PARTY (16/03) A non-partisan Oce of the Legislature Section 60 of the Election Act requires that in order for a candidate to represent a registered political party in an election, a written endorsement of the candidate signed by at least two principal officers of the political party must be made. A registered political party may not at any one time be represented by more than one candidate in an election for a single electoral district. The endorsement must be filed with the Chief Electoral Officer before the end of the nomination period.
