For example, read good material to learn useful facts pass on important information to other people. Discuss with friends, relatives and neighbors. Once in a month or so spend a day in orphanage or an old age home. One good idea is start a ‘Karma Yogi Club’. Please do it. Start in a humble way. To start with, give 15 minute seminars in primary schools etc. You can serve in several ways-with body, mind, tongue, money, knowledge, intellect and ability, status, position and rank. If you are swimming in the ocean and pull the waters towards you, you will be drowned. But, if you throw the waters away from you, with your arms and legs, you will swim. Similarly, if a man wants to take anything for himself in this wordily ocean, he is sure to drown. One who wants to give only can rise and shine in life. Finally, how much you are giving is important, but, more important is how much of love you’ve put in while giving. When Yaksha asked Yudhister, ’How to get a profit?’, Yudhister replied ‘By Giving away as charity’. Be Courteous: Always behave decorously and respectfully towards female members irrespective of their age, relationship, class or profession. Be respectable to elders, women and guests, and friendly to strangers.”One who receives a stranger with courtesy and love is the citizen of the world”. Also, be humble. If you are good or successful, be more humble. If you got a job on hand,be most humble “Pride ruined angels”. Today most of the students from good family backgrounds and students studying in prestigious colleges are not doing well life only because of ‘Pride’. Smile : ”If face is the index of mind, Smile is the index of personality ”.Be very innovative and cheerful. Every person is a powerhouse of latent talents. There is a genius within every one of us. The mantra by Homer ”The world is always ready to receive talent with open arms ”.Be what you are, Don’t try to imitate others. Nobody needs a counterfeit! Smile gives confidence and confidence is the sexiest thing one can have. In fact, it is more sexier than the sexiest body part. A pleasant, confident smile gives you everything you want. Company : You will get a great advantage by good company. Give more importance to good company than spiritual discipline. We become like the people we spend the most time with. Read sacred books and have a good company. Because of your friends you should not fall, you should rise. For example, only from friends we can learn and master languages like Hindi, English or any language other than mother- tongue. Do not waste time in side talks, character assassinations, gossips etc. Having fun is very essential. Wit and humor are very important. But our jokes and our riddles should not hurt or spoil others. Overcome your weakness like stage fear, fear of strangers, inferiority complex, negative attitudes etc. Having all these negatives is not a sin. But, if you do not overcome them it is an unpardonable sin.     Dr.V.L.Dutt It is with deep regret that we record the untimely demise of our beloved Executive Chairman Dr.V.L.Dutt on 18th February, 2020. Velgapudi Lakshmana Dutt was a Indian Industrialist and philanthropist. He was the Chairman of KCP group RI FRPSDQLHV D GLYHUVL¿HG ,QGLDQ ,QGXVWULDO JURXS ZLWK interests in Sugar, Cement, Heavy Engineering, Power and Hospitality sectors. KCP was founded in 1941 by his father Late V. Ramakrishna by taking over a small Cooperative Sugar Plant in Vuyyuru, Andhra Pradesh. Under Dr.Dutt’s leadership, the sugar factory was modernized and enhanced to a capacity to 8000 tons per day and Challapalli Sugars Limited, a sick sugar plant at Lakshmipuram in Challapalli, Andhra Pradesh was amalgamated into KCP in 1987 and was successfully modernised to 2,500 tons per day. His farsighted and visionary approach of going global early led to forging a JV company - Fuller KCP Limited with Fuller International Inc, USA in the year 1984 to build large size Cement Plants, another JV company - Fives Cail KCP Limited with Fives Group of France in the year 1996 to build large Sugar & Power plants and later in 1999 setting up a subsidiary .&39LHWQDP/LPLWHGLQ9LHWQDPWRPDQXIDFWXUHUH¿QHGVXJDUDQGELRPDVVEDVHGSRZHU He was the driving focus for high quality and sustainable innovations within the KCP group. The scope of the DCH was initially confined to certain important census tables on population, economic and socio-cultural aspects as also the Primary Census Abstract (PCA) of each village and town (ward wise) of the district. The DCHs published after the 1961 Census contained a descriptive account of the district, administrative statistics, census tables and Village' and Town Directories including PCA. After the 1971 Census, two parts of the District Census Handbooks (Part-A comprising Village and Town Directories and Part-B comprising, Village and Town PCA) were released in all the States and Union Territories. The thnd Part (C) of the District Census Handbooks comprising administrative statistics and district census tables, which was also to be brought out, could not be published in many States/UTs due to considerable delay in compilation of relevant material.

Andhra Pradesh state authorities are aiming to develop major infrastructural projects in the capital region. Liquefaction Potential Index (LPI) can predict the severity of liquefaction at a place. The present work aims at assessing liquefaction severity using LPI for different locations in the new capital region of Indian state, Andhra Pradesh. Further, current study presents a preliminary liquefaction severity map of the Andhra Pradesh state Capital region. This study reveals that the majority of the locations in this region may not be proned to liquefaction in the event of light earthquakes. Keywords.
