Reunion 2008

More than 1,000 alumni from all over the country and as far away as South Africa, Peru, Vietnam, England, and Japan came to Reunion Weekend, June 5-8. They attended faculty and alumni lectures, played in the president’s golf tournament, and had fun at the new reunion carnival. Volunteers from the Class of 2008 welcomed alums to campus, staffed dorms, and provided golf-cart transportation. Clockwise, from above, the Class of 2003 sets off in the traditional parade of classes, a young reuniongoer eyes an intimidating stack of lobsters, and Paul Svendsen ’58 of Bangor, , shows he still cuts a fine figure in his Class of 1958 beanie.
