How much will it cost me? No charges imposed on the prepaid reload service by Maybank. 3. How do I store my favourite mobile number? • Login to www.maybank2u.com.my. • Click on ‘Buy Online’ and select ‘Instant Prepaid Top Up’. Then, click ‘Add Favourite Instant Prepaid Top up Mobile Number’ button. • Enter the Corporation name, mobile number and the Bill Account Holder Name. • Click ‘Register’ button and request for TAC. Click Confirm to complete the registration. 4. What is the daily transaction purchase limit? Your daily limit will be RM300 per service providers or 5 transactions daily, whichever comes first. For Game Credit Reload, the daily limit is RM500 per service providers or 5 transactions daily, whichever comes first. What will I receive after I have performed an online purchase? I’ve requested for a wrong product. Can I cancel the transaction? If you’ve requested for the wrong product and confirmed the purchase, the transaction cannot be cancelled and no refund will be done. 7. Do I have to perform any special settings to my handphone to use this service? No. As long as your mobile phone number is able to receive SMS messages, you can use the service. 8. Is the Prepaid Reload automatically credited to my mobile? If the request was made for instant prepaid reload, it will be automatically credited to your mobile. If the request was made for Prepaid Reload with PIN, the PIN will be sent to your mobile number. Then, you need to top-up manually to your mobile. Refer to the table in Question 1 to ascertain the type of reload. 9. What if I had reloaded to a wrong handphone number? Can I cancel the transaction and get cash refund? No, you will not be refunded the amount deducted from your account for the following reasons: • Wrong mobile number keyed in during the prepaid reload process. • Wrong prepaid reload type (Instant Reload/ Prepaid Reload with PIN). • Customer selected the wrong service provider (Maxis/Digi/MOLPoints, etc.) 10. How do I know if the transaction is successful? The transaction status will be reflected immediately as ‘Successful’ or ‘Failed’ on the confirmation page in Maybank2u web or app. The successful reload will be followed up with an SMS to your mobile number. You can also check your prepaid credit balance to confirm successful reload. How can I check my previous top up transaction? You can view your transaction details saved in M2U History. Data is available for your view for 3 months from the date of purchase. 12. What if I do not receive my top up code after 30 minutes? Will I be entitled for a refund? Yes, if you do not receive the top up code after 30 minutes, please contact our Customer Care hotline at 1- 300-88-6688 (local) or 603-78443696(overseas) to validate your transaction status. If the Customer Care confirms that the transaction did not take place, the amount debited from your account will be automatically refunded the next day. 13. Will I be entitled for a refund if I receive the top-up code from the wrong service provider? Yes, if you notice that your request and the top-up code service provider do not match (purchased Hotlink but received Celcom top-up code), please call our Customer Care hotline at 1-300-88- 6688. 14. Will I be entitled for a refund if the top up amount is not what I have requested for (e.g requested for RM10 but received instant reload or reload with PIN for RM5)? Yes, if you noticed that the amount requested differs from what you have purchased, (e.g purchased RM10 but received instant reload or prepaid reload with PIN for RM5), please call our Customer Care hotline at 1-300-88-6688. .
