ATTENTION EXHIBITORS The show site will be available to exhibitors at 6:00 am un l 9:00 pm on Thursday. The buildings will open at 6:00 am Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday and close at 9:00 pm. Dogs must be removed from the show site immediately following Best in Show judging on Sunday.
Group Judging • Groups may be judged two at a me on all three days
All exhibitors are required to clean-up a er the dogs they exhibit which are under their care or control. This requirement includes both while in the ring or at any loca on on the show site. Clean -up supplies will be available at each ring & other loca ons. This is a SELF-CLEANING SHOW.
Grooming in designated areas ONLY. Bathing tubs will be onsite.
No dogs may be le una ended overnight. Dogs must be removed from the building before it closes at 9:00 pm. Neither the club nor the Show Superintendent is responsible for equipment le in the building. There will be no security guards.
Cra ng at ringside in designated areas only while showing. Dogs & crates must be removed im- mediately a er showing. Crates & grooming tables are not allowed in any other por on of the ring area. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Photography & videotaping by individuals for their own personal use will be allowed. The Show Commi ee does, however, reserve the right to regulate placement of cameras to prevent inter- ference with the traffic flow & the exhibi ng of dogs. Photography or videotaping for any other purpose, including but not limited to commercial purposes, is prohibited, unless prior permission is obtained in wri ng from the Show Commi ee.
Children are to be under adult supervision at all mes. Exhibitors are responsible for the behavior & ac ons of their children. PLEASE NO BABY STROLLERS IN THE SHOW BUILDING.
This Club will not tolerate any double handling of any breed by any persons. Double handling will be subject to ac on by the Show Commi ee.
DO NOT THROW BAIT IN THE RINGS.
There will be no exercise pens allowed in the building. Any square or round wire or solid pens with or without floors will not be allowed.
DO NOT ALLOW dogs to urinate on building walls, posts, gates or trash cans. THANK YOU FOR YOUR DUE DILIGENCE.
NO unentered dogs allowed on the show grounds during show hours.
We ask that you bring your own RINGSIDE sea ng.

There will be separate entrances to enter & exit rings. We ask that you be conscience of social distancing inside and outside rings. If you choose to congregate, please do so at your grooming spaces, RVs and setups.
There will only be one ring steward, unless a judge has specifically requested two. Armbands will be set out on the tables for self check-in. Please come prepared and know your armband number(s).
Hand dryers and crate fans are allowed in reserved grooming. NO stand dryers in reserved grooming at this me. Fans and stand dryers are allowed outside and in open grooming,
Space is limited inside the building. There is NO day cra ng allowed. You may be ringside 15-20 minutes before your show me. We ask upon comple on of showing your breed that you remove any cra ng or trolleys in order to make room for others.

JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP COMPETITION Novice Junior 9 & under 12 yrs • Open Junior 9 & under 12 yrs Novice Intermediate 12 & under 15 yrs • Open Intermediate 12 & under 15 yrs Novice Senior 15 & under 18 yrs • Open Senior 15 & under 18 yrs • Master Class Novice Class - shall be for boys and girls who are at least 9 years old and under 18 years old on the day of the show and who at the time entries close have not won three (3) first place awards, with competition present, in a Novice Class. A first place in Novice without competition leading to a Best Junior award with competition would count as one win towards moving to Open at a licensed or member show. Junior Handlers who win a third Novice Class with competition, if a win in Novice leads to a Best Junior with competition present it will count as one win towards moving to Open, after the closing of entries for a show are required to transfer their entry from the Novice Class to the Open Class by notifying the Superintendent or Show Secretary prior to the judging of the class at the show. Open Class - shall be for boys and girls who are at least 9 years old and under 18 years old on the day of the show and who have won three (3) first place awards in a Novice Class or if a win in Novice leads to a Best Junior with competition present it will count as one win towards moving to Open in a licensed or member show. Master Class - will be for boys & girls who are at least 9 years old and under 18 years on the day of the show, and who have won 10 Best Junior wins with competition. The calendar for this class will be consistent with the eligibility dates for the AKC National Championship. All Juniors meeting the criteria for this class are required to enter the Master Class and must change their entry the day of the show if entries have already closed. Once the eligibility time frame for that year has passed all participants return to the Open Class to complete for the following year.
No entry may be changed or cancelled unless notice of the change or cancellation is received in writing by the Superintendent or Show Secretary named in the premium list to receive entries, prior to the closing date and hour for entries, except that a correction may be made from one age division to another, as well as, move from Master to Open or Open to Novice if a win has been disallowed or the Junior miscalculated number of placements, provided this transfer is made by the Superintendent or Show Secretary prior to the judging of the class at the show. AKC NATIONAL OWNER-HANDLED SERIES GROUP SHOW - THURSDAY • ALL-BREED SHOWS - FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY The AKC Na onal Owner-Handled Series is a non- tling compe on for dogs that are exhibited by their owners that are not professional handlers. “DON’T FORGET TO CHECK THE OWNER-HANDLED BOX ON THE ENTRY FORM IF ENTERING THIS COMPETITION.” All dogs that are owner-handled and are not exhibited in the Na onal Owner-Handled Series by professional handlers* meet the requirements for this compe on. Exhibitors must declare their dog is Owner-Handled eligible at the me of entry using the check box on the entry form. Eligible dogs will be iden fied by an asterisk in the steward’s book & the catalog. Dogs must be handled throughout the breed level compe on for the regular show by an eligible owner. Professional handlers, household members and current assistants to professional handlers may not exhibit the dog in any AKC Na onal Owner-Handled Series compe on during the en re show. A current assistant is defined by anyone employed by a professional handler on a full- me basis, or assis ng a professional handler at the show or any show during the cluster/weekend, however current assistants that are eligible to compete in Junior Showmanship (meet age and amateur status requirements) may par cipate in NOHS. Owner-Handled Best of Breed will be selected from the dogs that are compe ng in the Best of Breed compe on including Winners Dog, Winners Bitch and winners of the non-regular classes. The breed will not be represented in the Owner-Handled Group if there is no eligible dog compe ng in the Best of Breed, or in Best of Winners compe on. *Professional handlers are defined as any person who belongs or has belonged to a professional handlers’ organiza on, distributed rate cards, or otherwise adver sed or represented themselves as handling dogs for pay within the last five years.
USE OF RAMPS A judge requesting the use of a ramp must give notice to the show superintendent/show secretary prior to judging. AKC approval is not required. The entire entry in a breed is to be examined in the same manner (ground, table, or ramp). At the discretion of the judge, the following breeds may be judged on the ground or on a ramp through all levels of competition including Group and Best in Show judging: Lagotto Romagnolo, Retrievers (Nova Scotia Duck Tolling, Spaniels (American Water), Spaniels (English Springer), Spaniels (Field), Spaniels (Welsh Springer), Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen, Standard Schnauzers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Irish Terriers, Kerry Blue Terrier, Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Finnish Spitz, Entlebucher Mountain Dog, Finnish Lapphund, Icelandic Sheepdogs, Norwegian Buhund, Polish Lowland Sheepdogs, Spanish Water Dogs, Norrbottenspets (Misc). At the discretion of the judge through all levels of competition including Group and Best in Show judging, the following breeds may be judged on the ground, a ramp, or on a table: Spaniels (Boykin), Whippets and Miniature Bull Terriers. At the discretion of the judge through all levels of competition including Group and Best in Show judging, the following breeds may be judged on the a ramp, or on a table: Mudi (Misc). The following breeds must be judged on a ramp through all levels of conformation competition: Spaniels (Clumber), Spaniels (Sussex), Basset Hounds, Cirneco dell'Etna, Bulldogs, Chinese Shar-Pei, Chow Chows, and Keeshonden. This extends to all conformation competition at AKC conformation dog shows and any AKC event where a conformation title may be earned. This policy includes Group, BIS, Junior Showmanship, the 4– 6 Month Beginner Puppy Competition, the AKC National Owner-Handled Series (NOHS), and all other special attractions that offer Group and BIS competitions. Ramps can be used in emergency situations to judge any breed. In emergency situations where use of a ramp is not indicated in the premium list, an exhibitor has the option of withdrawing their entry and receiving a refund. Obedience Trial (SDCCS) and Rally Trial (CSKC) In Obedience and Rally Classes requiring jumps, entries MUST include the Dog’s Jump Height Obedience and Rally Classes with Jumps will be judged in Ascending Order beginning with 4” Qualifying Score Required For All Prizes A Dark Green Qualifying Ribbon will be given to each dog attaining a Qualifying Score. Transfers will be allowed at this trial per AKC regulations PLEASE NOTE: Request for refunds for bitches who come in season after entries close must be made in writing, accompanied by a veterinarian’s certificate, and presented to the Superinten- dent no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of judging. **According to Chapter 1, Section 24 of AKC Rally Regulations, entries will be limited. The Rally Trial will be limited to 60 entries (Thursday). When rally entries are limited, AKC requires that RAE class & RACH class be listed in the premium. If due to entry limits an exhibitor cannot be entered in both the Advanced B and Excellent B classes the RAE class will be considered closed and any subsequent entries for this class will be unacceptable in their entirety. Miscellaneous Breeds There will be Puppy, Bred By Exhibitor, & Open Classes for each of the Miscellaneous Breeds in each sex.
Winners from these classes will compete for Best of Breed & Best of Opposite Sex to Best of Breed in each breed. Each Miscellaneous Best of Breed winner shall be eligible to compete for Best in Miscellane- ous Class. All entries for Best in Miscellaneous Class shall be made after judging of the individual Miscel- laneous breed classes. In the event that the owner of a dog designated Best of Breed shall not exhibit the dog in the Best of Miscellaneous Class Competition, no other dog of the same breed shall be allowed to compete. There shall be no further competition for dogs entered in the Miscellaneous Class. Ribbons shall conform to Chapter 5, Section 2 of AKC Rules.

Sweepstakes Requirements & Classifica on Sweepstakes is open to all Spor ng Breeds that are 6 months & under 18 months of age on the day of the show. Dogs shown in Sweepstakes must also be entered in one of the regular classes at the regular entry fee and on the regular entry form. Indicate your Sweepstakes Class with the age division in the space provided for "Addi onal Class." Exhibitors need not be the owner or co- owner. The following classes will be provided for both dogs and bitches in each breed/variety. CANADIAN EXHIBITORS MUST SUBMIT ENTRIES WITH CHECKS DRAWN ON U.S. ACCOUNTS OR WITH INTER- NATIONAL MONEY ORDERS IN U.S. FUNDS.
A Recording Fee of 50 cents for each dog and an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 will be required for each recordable single entry class at any Licensed or Member Club Show or Obedience Trial. (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2). A $3.50 AKC Recording Fee will be required for the first entry in Rally and $3.00 for each additional entry in Rally. (American Kennel Club Rally Regulation, Chapter 1, Section 5). A $2.00 Event Service Fee will be required for each entry in 4-6 Month Beginner Puppy. $2.00 Event Service Fee will be required for each entry in FSS Open Shows. These Fees are paid to the American Kennel Club.
RETURNED CHECKS / INVALID CREDIT CARDS do not constitute a valid entry. The Superintendent will add a collection fee of $25 to the amount of each returned check and credit card. Subsequent returned checks and credit card from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a cash-only basis. Entry Fee will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee.
No entry fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturb- ances, fire, extreme and or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club or the Superintendent.
No Refund for Duplicate Entries. Every effort to find all duplicate entries will be made; however, if entry has been processed, no refund will be made.
Refunds made for cancellation of entries before the closing date will be subject to a $3.00 administrative/ processing fee per entry.
No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing prior to close of entries. Those received by telephone are not acceptable.

Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging. Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the club nor the Superintendent will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up the class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings.
Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian’s recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations.
The show giving club, the Superintendent, their agents, employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors or handlers to any of their dogs or property, and further assume no responsibility for injury to children. PUBLICATION RIGHTS By entering this show, all owners, handlers, breeders and kennels agree that all rights to televise, videotape, photograph, advertise, promote and publicize or otherwise exploit this show, or the persons or animals participating in it or the results of the competition before, during or after the event, shall belong solely to The American Kennel Club and their respective assigns, including the use of the names, likenesses or biographical matter of all dogs, owners, handlers, breeders and kennels participating in the show and no such owner, handler, breeder or kennel shall allow any other party to make commercial use of any videotape or photograph of any person or animal participating in this competition.

INSTRUCTIONS 1. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of breed in which there are varie es for show purposes, please designate the par c- ular variety you are entering, i.e., Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB, par -color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in., over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard). 2. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed compe on: Dogs that are Champions of Record and dogs which, according to their owners’ records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed compe on is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classifica on in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addi on to designa ng the class, specify the par cular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the me entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed a er the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registra on cer fi- cate indica ng that the dog is recorded in his name. Mixed Breed dogs entering classes for Agility, Obedience. and Rally trials should mark Breed as AKC Canine Partners Listed Dog “All American Dog/Mixed Breed.” Variety, Breeder, Sire, Dam informa on shall remain blank for mixed breed entrants.
