(RBC) is a not-for-profit California public benefit corporation established for the purpose of conducting a quality Stage race for Pro, 1 men and Pro, 1, 2 women cyclists. The Big Bear Lake Time Trial has been added as Stage 1. This year's event will also include USAC criteriums for men and women. There are criteriums as well for Public Riders from ages 3 - 70.
