Calendar Edition C 7 February 2021 International Sports Calendar no. 2 for 2021 | The continuing pandemic continues to shuffle the 2021 international sports calendar, so it’s time for an update! This list, updated from our 28 December 2020 edition, shows 649 events for the remainder of calendar year 2021, plus a few events beyond, for sports on the Olympic and Olympic Winter Games program. Two calendars are offered: first, in chronological order (pp. 2-15) and second, by sport (pp. 16-30). Several sports – Beach Volleyball is a great example – have just a few events listed, or none at all, waiting for further progress against the coronavirus. These listings are from publicly-available sources as of 7 February 2021 and will absolutely change thanks to the virus. Please do not hesitate to send amendments or corrections to [email protected]! Users should double-check events with the current calendars of the relevant international, regional or national federation to ensure up-to-date information. The country codes are those used by the International Olympic Committee (more here).
