GAME DAY FOOD DROP OFF PROCEDURES

 Please do NOT drop off food at the Boyd front office. The front office will NOT accept food delivers for players, and they will NOT call players out of class to pick up food.

 Food MUST be dropped off prior to 1:45pm or after 3:00pm in the multi-purpose facility on Game Day.

 Please do not deliver food between 1:45 – 3:00pm as this interferes with buses arriving for after school dismissal.

 All food should be left in the athletic conference room. There will be a designated location for Freshmen Food and JV Food in the conference room.

 Please make sure everything is labeled with the student’s name. There will be markers and labels on the table.

 If you ordered meals for your son from Jersey Mike’s thru the Booster Club for AWAY games. The food will be available for you son to pick up after school.

 The Athletic Office is not responsible for passing out food on Game Day. The students are responsible for picking up their food from the conference room.

 Food is not allowed on the bus

FOOTBALL PROGRAM SALES AT VARSITY HOME GAMES The booster club is looking for volunteers to sell programs prior to the Varsity games. Volunteers would need to be there about 15 minutes before the gates open to setup. Program sales continue until about 15 minutes after the start of the game. Once completed programs and cash can be returned to the spirit store. SENIOR VIDEO – DEADLINE WAS, AUGUST 2nd

There will be a Senior video at the varsity banquet. The deadline to submit photos for the Senior video is September 1st.
