It is my pleasure to introduce your moderator, Carson Pattillo. CARSON PATTILLO: Thank you and hello, everyone. My name is Carson Pattillo. I am the Vice President of National Education Programs for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. And on behalf of LLS we thank you all for choosing to spend your time with us today. We welcome all of you. Today’s program, Sexuality and Intimacy After Cancer , features Sage Bolte and we thank Ms. Bolte for sharing her time and expertise with us today. I would also like to note that today’s program is solely funded by LLS. You all should have received a packet of information for today’s program, including an order form for LLS materials and an evaluation form for you to fill out for today’s program.
