The Phineas and Ferb star will join the cast on the AMC popular PERFORMING TROOP 4 drama The Walking Dead (Season 4, which will begin airing this October) playing a PROFESSIONAL 5 character named Patrick. Martella is best known as the voice of Phineas Flynn on Disney’s hit animated series Phineas and Ferb. Congrats Marlee! Saturday, August 23rd Advanced Congrats to Image, Modeling & Acting grad Kaitlyn Chana. She Children’s Acting followed her dream of working at a network news station in NYC (7-10yrs) and her dream came true this past summer. There were over 10,000 Saturday, June 28th applicants who applied for the NBC internship, yet 300 applicants Advanced II Children’s were chosen and of that only 10 were selected for the Today Show. & Teens Kaitlyn said, “This program allowed me to immerse myself in all Thursday, August 23rd aspects of the live broadcast. We look forward to seeing more of Alyssa. PAGE 3 THE MAILE SCHOOL NEWS Have you see the latest Aflac commercial? If so, then you saw Maile School acting and advanced acting graduate Tony Robinette. Tony booked the SAG national commercial titled “Rehearsal”. The Aflac spot first aired on ABC during the college football game between University of Georgia and Clemson. In “Rehearsal”, the Duck is giving it his all but just can’t get the delivery right. Tony plays the speech coach for the iconic spokesduck. Following its debut, “Rehearsal” has been airing on all major national networks, cable networks and local television stations across the country. He attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2001. His industry credits include a guest role on the CBS popular series How I Met Your Mother and a role in the feature film Spring Breakers. Some of his other commercial booking credits include, Nokia, ESPN, Captain Morgan, HGTV, Hungry Howie’s Pizza, Florida Lottery, Brighthouse, Checkers, Holler Chevrolet, Heyneedle Furniture, Winn Dixie, Champs Sporting Goods, and Disney. We are proud of Tony for all his hard work and look forward to seeing more success from him in the future! Acting graduate Tracie Turner Jackson has been very busy this year. She is currently a finalist for a spot on R&B artist Kelly Price’s reality show Too Fat For Fame. Tracie was picked as a finalist out of 400 contestants. She also did a cameo appearance on the WWE Total Divas Reunion Show on E! Tracie’s other industry credits include the role of “Cinnamon” on TruTV’s Upload with Shaquille O’Neal, music videos for rap artist Jayceon and Kishon, and a guest appearance in a gospel music video on BET’s Sunday’s Best. She CoStarred in the traveling play Love Unbreakable with Travis Pratt from America’s Got Talent, was a judge for the Ms United States Pageant held in Orlando, and was a cosmetic model for MAC in South Beach. Next month Tracie will be in Atlanta shooting a movie called Hot Steppas starring Omar Gooding playing the role of Donatella, a lady crime boss. We look forward to more from Tracie!
