CAMINO DE CABRAS D.O. BAIXAS ,

In spring 2013, Marina and were preparing to locate a lost family plot of land in the mountain range. To achieve their goal, they had to struggle with a completely difficult road, that was muddy and full of cracks and that complicated the journey enormously. However, they already had the idea of creating a wine brand with character and strength in their minds and they did not care how difficult it seemed to carry it out. Camino de Cabras was born on that specific day and place in Galicia, deeply full of mysteries. In Camino de Cabras, they create great Galician wines from exceptionnal grapes that the Atlantic corner gives them (using and grapes). Discover the range from Albariño made from Condado do Tea and Val do Salnés to Mencía, with a production limited to less than 50,000 bottles, to Godello with an exclusive production of less than 15,000 bottles. Welcome to Camino de Cabras!

Manual harvest carried out in the first half of September and selection of the best grapes to enter the winery. 24-hour skin maceration for 24 hours at 50ºF and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures at 57.2 ºF for 25 days. It has a limpid, crystalline ruby colour with a berries, redcurrant and black berry perfume. In mouth it is balanced, and accompanied by subtle notes of raisins and ripe fig marmalade.
