The Fair opens Thursday, July 25 and runs through Sunday, August 11 (closed Mondays). Featured entertainers include Grammy-nominated rising country star, Hunter Hayes, country music’s awesome new duo, Florida Georgia Line and one of Billboard's Hottest Music Stars under 21, Bridgit Mendler. Hunter Hayes, recently named Country Music Association’s best New Artist of 2012, is a GRAMMY nominated multi-talented performer, musician, producer, and writer who was nominated for six Academy of Country Music Awards, including nods for his work as artist, songwriter, and producer. Hunter’s critically acclaimed self-titled album has already garnered two No. 1 singles, selling more than four million singles to date while the album itself nears platinum certification. His current single, “I Want Crazy,” is off his forthcoming Hunter Hayes (Encore) edition due out June 18th. The barn-burning “Storm Warning” became the collection’s debut Gold Single. His gripping ballad “Wanted” soared to No. 1 and is quickly nearing Double Platinum status. Groove-soaked “Somebody’s Heartbreak” has become the album’s third major hit –becoming a Top 30 hit in only two weeks. Fans won’t be disappointed when Hayes takes the stage on Tuesday, August 6, in Chris Beck Arena. Ticket prices for the Hunter Hayes concert are $25 for Grandstand Seating and $40 for Floor & Box Seating. On Wednesday, August 7, Brian Kelley (Ormond Beach, FL) and Tyler Hubbard (Monroe, GA) who comprise the duo Florida Georgia Line, will electrify the audience with their Double Platinum, multi- week #1 single, "Cruise," and Gold-certified, Top 10-and-rising radio smash “Get Your Shine On,” plus other hits from their Gold-certified debut studio album, Here’s To The Good Times. The Republic Nashville project earned the highest debut album sales of 2012 for a new Country artist. The breakout duo most recently took home the New Artist of the Year and New Vocal Duo/Group of the Year honors at the Academy of Country Music Awards in April of 2013. It's been more than two decades since a new country act has captivated fans the way Florida Georgia Line has. Opening for the show is Santa Rosa’s very own Pete Stringfellow. Tickets are $25 for Grandstand Seating and $35 for Floor & Box Seating. Disney Channel star, Bridgit Mendler, is currently rocking the world with her vocal talent. Formerly from Mill Valley, she found early success in acting, but her core love of music, singing and songwriting has burst forth. Mendler released her debut Hollywood Records album Hello My Name Is… in October of 2012, featuring her hit single “Ready or Not”. Her album reveals a surprisingly mature artist with a feel for fun and funky pop that stands front and center in her music. This multi-talented artist, of the Disney Channel original series "Good Luck Charlie”, will perform in Chris Beck Arena on Thursday, August 8. Tickets for the show are $20 for Grandstand Seating, $30 for Floor & Box Seating. All performances for the Fair’s Headline Concert Series will be held in Chris Beck Arena at 7:30 pm.
