Invitation for Bids Ukraine Project “Serving People, Improving Health” Subproject “Improving Quality of Care for Patients Invitation for Bids Ukraine Project “Serving People, Improving Health” Subproject “Improving quality of care for patients with blood circulatory system diseases in Volyn oblast” Loan No: 8475- UA dated March 19, 2015 Name of the Contract: «Reconstruction and capital repairing of the facilities of General practice of family medicine clinics, 31 facilities (1 phase)» NCB ID #: NCB-W-6.1.1 1. The Government of Ukraine received from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development a Loan to finance Project Serving People, Improving Health and intends to use part of this Loan to pay under the contracts for reconstruction and capital repairing of the medical facilities of the primary level (5 lots). 2. Capital Construction Department of Volyn Oblast State Administration invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the performance of works under the following contracts, which are planned to be financed with the loan funds: Lot # 1 - NCB-W-6.1.1/1 "Reconstruction and capital repairing of the premises of primary level medical facilities of Novovolynsk town, Volodymyr-Volynskyi town, and Volodymyr-Volynskyi rayon of Volyn oblast" Lot # 2 - NCB-W-6.1.1/2 " Reconstruction and capital repairing of the premises of primary level medical facilities of Gorohiv, Ivanychi and Lokachi rayons of Volyn oblast" Lot # 3 - NCB-W-6.1.1/3 "Reconstruction and capital repairing of the premises of primary level medical facilities of Kamin-Kashyrsk, Liubeshiv and Ratno rayons of Volyn oblast " Lot # 4 - NCB-W-6.1.1/4 "Reconstruction and capital repairing of the premises of primary level medical facilities of Kovel, Liuboml and Turiisk rayons of Volyn oblast" Lot # 5 - NCB-W-6.1.1/5 " Reconstruction and capital repairing of the premises of primary level medical facilities of Lutsk town, Lutsk, Manevychi and Rozhyshche rayons of Volyn oblast " Bidders may submit bids for one or more lots, as specified in the Bidding documents. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures (NCB), as specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works, and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants dated January 2011 (revised in July 2014) ("Procurement Guidelines"), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding documents at the address specified in paragraph 8: 5. A complete set of Bidding documents in Ukrainian may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to address specified in paragraph 8 of this invitation upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 5.1. 1200,00 UAH (one thousand two hundred hryvnias 00 kop.) in case of obtaining Bidding documents directly from the Customer or by sending around the territory of Ukraine. 5.2. 4800,00 UAH (four thousand eight hundred hryvnias 00 kop.) in case of sending Bidding documents outside Ukraine. Payment method should be done by transfer of funds to the specified bank account: BENEFICIARY: Capital Construction Department of Volyn Oblast State Administration account 35223235090325, State Treasury Service of Ukraine in Kyiv, bank code 820172, enterprise code 39789010. All banking charges and fees related to the bank transfer shall be for Bidder's account. The document will be mailed to the specified address or handed over to the authorized representative of the Bidder in hand. 6. Bids must be delivered to the specified address (mentioned in paragraph 8 of this invitation) before 10.00 a.m. on January 17, 2017. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' appointed representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below. 7. Health tourism is a travel to the resort areas for the purpose of treatment. Health tourism is divided into therapeutic, which aims at its own treatment, therapy, rehabilitation after illness, and preventive (wellness tourism), focused on maintaining the body in a healthy state and keeping the balance between human physical and psychological health [4]. Currently, traditional health resorts are no longer a place of treatment and recreation for older people, and they become a multifunctional wellness center for a wider range of consumers. The choice is made between resorts that specialize in the treatment of a particular disease and resorts of mixed type, which generally promote health and contribute to recovery and stress relief [2].

This article discusses the genesis and historical development of the sacred complexes of historic Volhyn. Based on historical and architectural analysis, it is presented that sacred complexes of historic Volhynia were built according to the canons of temple architecture, and at the same time they have their own characteristics, related to national traditions and regional features which appeared as a result of the process of forming Christianity as a religion associated with national development in the specific study territory. The results of a comprehensive analysis of historical and archival documents found in the archives of Ukraine, Poland and Russia, as well as field research are presented. Results of system and theoretical research of significant retrospective analysis of canonical, historical and political prerequisites of sacral complexes were generalized. The concept of sacred complex structures throughout ХІ-ХІХ th centuries is suggested in correlation with the change of religious identity formation and differentiation according to religious requirements. Existence of autochthonous traditions and genuine vector of the Volhynia’s sacred complex development, considering the specific geopolitical location between East and West in the area where two different cultures collide with each other has been proved. The work is shifting statements concerning direct borrowing of architectural and stylistic components of architectural and planning structure and certain decorative elements. 1 Introduction Architecture more than other forms of art reflects the state of society, its political level, the degree of economic development, aesthetic tastes and preferences.

The aim of this paper is to outline the history of sport in Volyn (the area of the Volhynian province in the period of the Second Polish Republic) in the years 1921–1939. The Volhynian province was established on 19 February 1921. As of April 1, 1939 its area covered 35,754 km2 and had a population of 2,085,600 people (as of 9 December 1931). The population of Polish nationality was 16,6 %, of Ukrainian nationality – 68,4 %, of Jewish nationality – 9,9 %, of German nationality – 2,3 %, of Czech nationality – 1,5 %, of Russian nationality – 1,1 %, the remaining nationalities – 0,2 %. Townspeople of the province represented only 13,3 % of the population. The province consisted of the following counties: Dubno, Horochów, Kostopil, Kovel, Kremenets, Liuboml, Lutsk, Rivne, Sarny, Volodymyr and Zdolbuniv. The county of Sarny (formerly included in Polesia province) became a part of the Volhynian province in December 1930. Methods and Research Problems. As part of preparation of this study the following research methods have been used: analysis of historical sources, the method of synthesis and comparison.
