Vantaio Enterprise Bulletin Board Product Overview CHECK-IN TO A NEW PORTAL DIMENSION VANTAiO Enterprise Bulletin Board Product overview VANTAiO Product Management May 2020 1 The physical Bulletin Board that you know belongs to the past. VANTAiO Enterprise Bulletin Board What is a digital bulletin board? Most people know a bulletin board as a physical board at a certain place, where people exchange information or information is shared by e.g. the management. A digital bulletin board is a further development of this – advertisements are visible in no time as well as modifications. In addition the entries have a much higher range than they would ever have on a physical board. VANTAiO combines these properties and many user-friendly functions in the Bulletin Board and thus provides a sophisticated tool for your company. 4 VANTAiO Enterprise Bulletin Board The bulletin board fits in with your business if you … … want to encourage social exchange and cross functional as well as transnationally connections. … want to provide your employees a safe space for sales and ad exchange. … put value on the fact that users can generate content themselves and thus create an interactive, dynamic portal. … are interested in a dynamic and easy-to-configure tool as part of your portal or as a standalone module. 5 VANTAiO Enterprise Bulletin Board The most important facts Exchange platform for private and business inquiries, offers and requests, e.g. for sale among colleagues, arranging ridesharing or the communication of sports offers. Users set their own posts, optionally with images and attached documents. The integrated search works based on terms and categories. Additionally users can filter entries by type or category. Users see entries as well as the description sorted by recency and they can contact the provider right away. The module is integrable with all common SAP technologies (SAP JAM, SAP Cloud Portal Platform, SAP Enterprise Portal, Sap SuccessFactors). The usage is possible on all mobile devices because of its responsive design. 7 How the VANTAiO Enterprise Bulletin Board looks like for end users How the VANTAiO Enterprise Bulletin Board looks like for administrators Search for specific terms Create a new entry Filter the shown results e.g. by location Attached images are displayed next to the headline Click to get more information Your own ads are marked 10 Bulletin Board Integration possibilities Integration possibilities Admins configurate categories, locations and Users create and manage their own entries. currencies. Whether you are looking for a specific article or just want to look around – filter for results of the “Offer“ type and add search terms optionally. Do you have an item that you do not need anymore, but that your colleagues could use? Simply insert an offer in one of the following categories: apartment, car, devices or miscellaneous. Name your price or give it away for free. Are you looking for a ride or would you like to offer free seats to your colleagues? Simply search for ride sharing offers or create a new one to share your ride. Did you loose something? Look for it in the “Lost and found“ category. Or did you find something that does not belong to you? Quickly create an entry to bring back the lost item to its owner. 16 Offer Verena Müller wants to sell a bookshelf that she no longer uses. 17 Wanted (editing mode) Verena Müller is looking for an apartment in a city, which is not her home town. Because of this fact, she publishes the ad for another location. 18 . Lost and Found Verena Müller did find a key chain in her lunch break. To return the keychain to its owner as quickly as possible, Verena publishes a picture of the found object.19 Ride Sharing 20 Verena Müller drives to a different city on several days a week.
