Byram Swinging Bridge Festival – 2016 (Following the 5K event & within walking distance of the church)

Our 2nd annual Swinging Bridge Festival is in line to be bigger and better than last year. We’re planning for a greater number of craft and food vendors, carnival rides, a variety of musical entertainment, fantastic car and motorcycle show, “Byram Idol” singing competition and plenty of other activities.
The festival begins Friday, July 29. Friday night’s prime entertainer, Jarekus Singleton, will meld hip-hop wordplay, rock energy and R&B grooves with contemporary and traditional blues. Join us after the race on Saturday, July 30 for our live nighttime show featuring American Idol Season 11 top five finisher Skylar Laine.
Vendor spaces are available and we are still accepting sponsorships to help make the program a success. Bring your own lawn chairs. Sorry, no pets allowed. Alcohol will be permitted in designated areas of the festival ONLY.
