Present at the ceremony were Permanent Secretary – Ms. Desdra Bascombe, Deputy Permanent Secretary – Mr. Raymond Seepaul and President General of the National Union of Government and Federated Workers (NUGFW) – Mr. James Lambert. Also present were various Mayors, Chairmen, Chief Executive Officers, Personnel and Industrial Relations Officers as well as other ministry officials.
