It can easily be converted to Scion First Edition, but the mechanical as- pects of this work are entirely focused on Second Edition. Scion: Origins and Scion: Hero for Second Edition are needed to get the most out of this supplement and use it in your game. It was designed noting the historical and mod- ern issues and bigotry relating to some of the movements related to the Ascended Masters and shaped in a way not to ignore them but to recognize them and have these suppos- edly enlightened figures outright reject such horrors. It was researched through a combination of personal experience and knowledge, academic and online research, interviews with practitioners, and cultural resources. It was a created with a desire to show not only the unique nature of this fairly modern tradition, but also with the hope that others would write up more pantheons of a similar nature thereby provid- ing many more options for Players and Storytellers in their games. Scion is a versatile, open-minded, and global game that respects and loves the religions and cultures it works with, so here’s hoping for more of that from the creative fan community!     Morya, one of the "Masters of the Ancient Wisdom" spoken of in modern Theosophy and in the Ascended Master Teachings is considered one of the "Ascended Masters." He is also known as the "Chohan of the First Ray". Morya first became known to the modern world when H. P. Blavatsky declared that he and Kkuthumi were her guides in establishing the Theosophical Society. Seven Rays Blavatsky wrote that Masters Morya and Koot Hoomi belonged to a group of highly developed humans known as the Great White Brotherhood. Although Master Morya's personality has been depicted in some detail by various theosophical authors, critics point out that there is little evidence that Blavatsky's Masters, including Morya, ever existed. There being a dearth of material evidence to prove anything with certainty, this article focuses on presenting the narratives about Morya given by various believers in his existence, beginning from the time of his alleged contacts with 19th-century theosophists. Morya Khan is known in many New Age religions as the Ascended Master of the Blue Ray or First Ray. He is well known as the 'Master M' who worked with the Kuthumi in the late nineteenth century to establish the Theosophical Society and to spread the knowledge of higher truths to a wider circle among mankind. After his alleged ascension in the late 1800s, he continued working for this same purpose.     Sanat Kumara John Nash [Published in The Beacon, March 2002, pp. 13-20.] Sanat Kumara, Lord of the World, Ancient of Days, Fountainhead of the Will, the Great Sacrifice, the One Initiator, Melchizedek, the King. These titles refer to the great Individuality who rules the world, presides over the Council of Shamballa, heads the Planetary Hierarchy, and wields the Rod of Initiation for the three major initiations. Sanat Kumara, in the Tibetan’s words, is “He to Whom Christ referred when He said, ‘I and My Father are One.’”1 The name “Sanat Kumara” is Sanskrit for “Eternal Youth,” or more poetically “Youth of Endless Summers,” providing two more titles. But who, precisely, is Sanat Kumara, what is His mission on Earth, and what is His relationship to the Planetary Logos? Since then I have learned a bit more about Freemasonry and have had many communications, good and bad, with its members. I've been put on an "anti-mason" [hit]list, along with others who dare to write anything unflattering against the brethren; I've had heated debates and arguments in public forums and message boards; and I've actually been threatened, both subtly and overtly. Curiously, many times the offended Mason claims to be a chaplain, a minister or a supposed "man of cloth" - a real surprise, at first, considering the occult nature of the organization. The negative experiences far outweigh the positive. The members who regularly post to forums and send out emails display the traits of having been thoroughly brainwashed by a first-class cult.
