SPARKLING WINE BOTTLE PRICE Brut Cava, Marques de Caceras, , 14 Made with Macabeo grapes sourced from D.O. -Requena in the province of (Vega del Magro area). This region is on a high plateau 40 miles inland from the Mediterranean. Clay and limestone soil; average altitude 2,450 feet. Controlled temperature fermentation for 15 days. Wine is blended and bottled with secondary fermentation and aging in the cellars (aged on lees 10 months).

Brut Rose, Cote Mas, Domaines Paul Mas, N.V., Crémant de Limoux, St. Hilaire, France 17 Fourth-generation grower and winemaker Jean-Claude Mas' philosophy of "Luxe Rural" - a celebration of life's simple pleasures - comes to life through clean winemaking and excellent fruit from the Languedoc region of southern France. WHITE/ROSE WINE Chardonnay, Camelot Vineyards & Winery, Parlier, California 11 Produced from grapes grown in California’s cool-climate Sacramento Delta and Central Coast winegrowing regions. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh fruit character; the wine ages several months sur lie in French and American oak to gain added richness and complexity.

Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast, Chalk Hill Vineyards, 2018, Healdsburg, California 14 Unique biospheres distinguish Chalk Hill from the neighboring appellations with the cooler Russian River Valley to the west and the warmer Alexander Valley to the northeast. Under the topsoil, is a distinctive layer of chalk-colored volcanic ash which inspired the name of Chalk Hill, the appellation, and the estate. The winery was an early leader in planting its hillside vineyards "vertically"- following the rise of the terrain, rather than across it. All vineyards are sustainably farmed.

Falanghina, Tenute di Rocca dei Leoni, Villa Matilde, 2018, Campania Italy 18 The Rocca dei Leoni vineyards are registered as Taburno and Sannio DOC. 100% Falanghina grapes from Foglianise and Ponte. Volcanic soil; rich with minerals and salt of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Vinification off the skins; gravity-settled and fermented in stainless steel. Matured in stainless steel for three months. Similar to a Pinot Grigio, but more flavor.

Godello, Guimaro Blanco, Ribeira Sacra DOC, Spain 16 This wine is made from multiple plots of 50-to-70-year-old Godello (a.k.a Verdello) vines grown on steep terraced vineyards. The grapes are hand-harvested and cold fermented with native yeasts in steel vat without malolactic fermentation. Raised on the lees for six months in vat, fined with egg white, and unfiltered. Fresh, lively and aromatic.

Rose, Chateau Virgile Costieres de Nimes, 2018, Vauvert, Costières de Nîmes, France 18 This family-owned Domaine is located 10 miles from the ; the vineyards are planted right at the edge of a plateau, where there are deep alluvial gravel deposits from the Rhône River. A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre; the does not spend any time in oak and is lightly fined and filtered before bottling.

Sauvignon Blanc, Sea Pearl, 2019, Marlborough, New Zealand 14 The Sea Pearl vineyards are flanked by the Pacific Ocean to the east and Hinterland mountains to the north and south. This beautiful valley along the coast is the perfect place for Sauvignon Blanc to flourish. Once picked, the grapes are immediately pressed off with minimal skin contact. The juice is cool fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness and aromatics.

RED WINE BOTTLE PRICE Cabernet Sauvignon, Firestone Vineyard, 2015, Santa Ynez Valley AVA, California 14 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 4% Malbec. The historic vineyards are approximately 26 miles from the cold Pacific Ocean creating a moderate, arid climate and extremely long growing season. This wine is concentrated, ripe and balanced with distinctive terroir imprints.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Chairman’s Club, Foley Johnson, 2015, Lake County AVA, California 16 Grapes sourced from Lake County AVA, just north of Napa County. All vineyards are farmed sustainably to preserve local ecosystem, which has beneficial effects on the environment and produces superior grapes that more accurately reflect the region’s diverse terroir.

Garnacha, Honoro Vera, Bodegas Ateca, 2018, Calatayud DOC, Spain 12 Grapes sourced mostly from old vineyards with low yields, located high on the hillsides, 2296-3280 feet above sea level. The vineyards are planted in mainly decomposed slate and gravely clay soils. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks; two months in French oak barrels.

Nero d’Avola, The River, Unico Zelo, 2017, Riverland, South Australia 18 Unico Zelo is a natural-leaning wine producer from South Australia’s Riverland region. Winemakers craft approachable Australian examples of Mediterranean varieties. The Nero d’Avola grape hails from hot-and-arid Sicily; the climate in the Riverland region is similar. This wine sees five days on its skins with no oak to maximize the berry vibrancy; textural with notes of cran-rasberry fruit, sinewy tannins and an earthy core. WE Rating: 92 WS Rating: 87

Pinot Noir, Bouchard Aine & Fils, Bourgogne, 2018, Burgundy, France 13 The grapes are sourced from selected terroirs on the Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise (in the South of Burgundy). Vinification in thermoregulated tanks, 20 days of fermentation. Punching twice a day for 10 days; the free run and the pressed juices are blended.

Pinot Noir, Central Coast, Calera Wine Company, 2016, San Benito County, California 19 100% Pinot Noir. Crafted using grapes from a handful of the finest vineyards on the Central Coast. Grapes were small and dense; good-sized clusters delivered average yields. 14 days fermentation; aged 11 months in 100% French oak (10% new and 90% neutral). Calera is owned by Duckhorn Wine Company. Zinfandel, Buehler Vineyards, 2015, Napa Valley, California 18 The grapes were sourced from the winery’s estate vineyards and other select high-quality, low-yielding Napa Valley vineyards.
