3 o Dumfries Crescent/Moffat Avenue, Scotch Estate, Jarrow (assessed in the SHLAA as unsuitable)

o Belloc Avenue/Galsworthy Road, (assessed in the SHLAA as unsuitable)

o Brooke’s Walk/Gibbons Walk, Biddick Hall (filtered out of Urban Capacity Study as not appropriate, and thus not carried forward into the SHLAA)

o Horton Avenue, Whiteleas (assessed in the SHLAA as unsuitable)

4 o Moreland Road, Whiteleas (assessed in the SHLAA as unsuitable)

o Winskell Road/Henderson Road, Simonside (assessed in the SHLAA as unsuitable)
