Our OpusSystem which has been designed for this sector is a unique, patented product.

At Stage Electrics, we recognise the importance of a robust supply chain and fixed prices. Our research indicates that the government Priority Schools Building Programme (PSBP) has resulted in some very challenging supply chain issues and will continue to do so.

Stage Electrics have launched a unique initiative to ensure resilience against this risk for our partners. This initiative is in the form of a productised solution giving standardised facilities to halls and performance studios in compliance with government and curriculum guidelines.

Our Opus™ Solution allows the installation of specialist systems without the need for electricians, a single power supply is all that is required to enable its installation in the primary and drama studio formats. If the venue requires more tailored solutions, our bespoke services can be matched to any specification requirement and any school building. dedication total focus adding real value

In response to the supply chain risks, we have embarked on a framework and partnership program with some of our main contractor customers. Through this arrangement we can offer agreed specification, pricing and delivery/installation parameters. This is delivering tangible benefits to both parties and will drastically reduce deployment time and associated costs.

“The Production Lighting & Sound package was one of the first packages to receive sign off on the project, due to the comprehensive and dedicated approach that was adopted by Stage Electrics from the outset – I commend their work ethos and attitude. No problem was too difficult and solutions were always available.”

UNIVERSITY OF BRIGHTON – EASTBOURNE CAMPUS The sound and lighting system at the campus in Shoreham was very old; it was apparent that the equipment was coming to the end of its life. Initially it was proposed to mix and match the old system with new equipment – Opus resolved this.

The client required a technical set-up which didn’t need a full-time technician; it had to be straightfor- ward enough for their academic tutors to be able to use easily.

John Fulton Hall is used about 75% of the time as a student teaching space, particularly for teaching Sports Science students, and it’s also used for end of year shows, smaller productions, and by many external companies.
