Alternate Proposals:

As outlined in Section 2.8, Alternate Proposals, Vendor may submit alternate proposals for various methods or levels of service(s) or that propose different options. Alternate proposals must specifically identify the RFP requirements and advantage(s) addressed by the alternate proposal. Any alternate proposal, in addition to the marking described above, must be clearly marked with the legend: “Alternate Proposal #___ [for ‘name of Vendor]”. Each proposal must be for a specific set of services and must include specific pricing. If a Vendor chooses to respond with various service offerings, each must be offered with a separate price and be contained in a separate proposal document. Each proposal must be complete and independent of other proposals offered.
