Pick up service available from selected hotels in: - Estoril & Cascais: 8 Euros per person - Costa da Caparica: 8 Euros per person (minimum of 4 pax) - Sesimbra: 16 Euros per person (minimum of 4 pax) Transportation: Air-conditioned bus. If number of participants is equal or less than 7 participants, transportation service can be provided by minibus or minivan. Languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish and French. Prices: mentioned prices are per adult. Prices do not include: Other expenses, entry fees, meals and drinks not mentioned as included; personal expenses, porterage fees at hotels. Child Policy: from 6 to 10 years old: 50% of adult price; from 0 to 5 years old: transportation free of charge (all expenses are supported by the accompanying adult). Reservations: The reservation by email to [email protected] up to 6 business days prior to the travelling date is mandatory and requires our writing confirmation. Cancellation Policy: cancellations made within 4 business days or less prior to the tour date will be fully charged. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to Living Tours and requires also written confirmation. No Show: 100% of total amount is charged. Itinerary Services may change without prior notice. Every effort will be made to follow the itinerary as confirmed prior to departure. However the same could be amended due to compelling reasons on the tour beyond our control or the service provider (traffic conges- tion, mechanical failure, weather conditions, street closures due to special town events such as parades and run marathons, amongst others). The cooperation of the traveler in such circumstances is appreciated. No claim for refund or compensation will be entertained. Guaranteed departures: Multi-day tours require the minimum number of 4 participants do be done. New departures can be open on Saturdays as long minimum number of 4 participants is gathered. This term is not applicable to programs Wonders of Portugal and Fáti- ma—Religious Site. Living Tours' Liability We are responsible for providing the mentioned services. We shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience or delay arising out of any change, suspension, cancellation or closure of service.

Insurance provided in accordance with the laws of the Portuguese Republic.

Luggage / Personal belongings The luggage is traveler’s responsibility, who should always be present while it is being loaded and off loaded. Should travelers inadvertently leave any belongings on the vehicles then they should contact us immediately. We will do eve- rything possible to locate and return the article. However, should the item not be found we cannot take any resposibility for its loss.

Claims/ Complaints If traveler has a complaint in respect of the tour, traveler shall immediately inform the tour guide or tour represen- tative during the course of the tour. If the matter cannot be resolved after the best endeavours to do so during the tour, any claim or complaint must be notified in writing by the agency which made the booking within 12 days from the date of the provided service. No complaint or claim notified outside the 12-day period will be considered. Additionally, only complaints that were lodged with those who provided the service (hotels, guides, local agents, etc.) during the course of the trip or stay will be accepted. The documents related to the incident must be provided.

Policy on Animals Only guide dogs and other assistance/service animals are allowed on buses. Their respective certification is required.

National Monuments may be closed on Mondays and public holidays.
